Cookie, i'm good in languages, learn fast. I'm even learning French now. 'Ke nale mokhabo' means I have a bier-pens (in afrikaans) that is what we call those men with big tummy's because of alcohol).

Michelle, I think you are carrying a girl. Lets just speak in faith. Are you ready to be bombarded with pink? I secretly wish for a girl but bcoz hubby wants a boy, i also wouldn't mind a boy.

I also go to gyn 1 a month. Getting my blood tests on wed. Praying to God everything is fine.

Cookie - I am desperately praying for a girl. With my father in law passing away so recently, we have spent countless hours over the last few days speaking to people about him and how he coped with the things his two sons did.
Please please please let me have a girl.

So yes we will be begging our doc to let us know the sex on Friday.

Glad everything went well at the docs Ashleigh... but the 90% thing, hmmm, I think you should rather wait for the confirmation in a couple of weeks, don't wanna go buying all pink only to find out otherwise!

Aaahhh... I so wanna know what I'm having, even more so now. I'm such a structured person, so not being able to admire and possibly pick out a blue/pink item is killing me. I always do things waaay in advance, not so sure that's a good thing, but, saves me from panicking (which I'm very good at!!).

Michelle, I'm only going once a month as well, can't wait for my next appointment! You're 16 weeks already, I all of a sudden feel like I'm far behind everyone - lol... 4 more sleeps, will help you count down - do you want to know the sex of your baby?

Mutha2b - lol - I wish i knew what 'ke nale mokhabo' meant, I'm not local and not very good at learning languages for some reason! So please translate, sounds like it could be something funny!!

Oh, once last niggle, trying not to complain - I'm getting ZITS guys, screeeaaammm - the worst of it is i'm a qualified skin therapist but there's nothing i can do about it coz as we all know it's hormonal - WHY - oh and I think I may have noticed more hair on my brush than usual... sounds like my last preggos... my son has lovely hair (at my expense at the time!!!)

Doc says he is 90% sure its a girl. But he really did struggle to see. So we see him in 2 weeks time, so hopfully he will be 100% sure then.

I cant wait. Going to see doc at 8:15. I hope our peanut will let us see if its a girl or boy.

Cookie im not a skinny person, but i do have a boep now. It started showing a week ago. Im going to weigh myself today at the doc. Maybe ive picked now because MS has stopped.

Cookie, i can't wait to show. I just look like 'ke nale mokhabo'. But my hubby says i mustn't be in a hurry bcoz i'm short and petite (although overweight currently) and there are a few more months 2 go.

Michelle, i don't eat alot of junk food but alot of starch ( i crave rice, pap and gravy, slap chips, bread) bcoz meat makes me naar and vomit. I need to lay off starch........
