Hope, i have to take Liam for his shots on the 28th and i'm so nervous. Did Ivy have a fever after her shots? I have to stock up on some meds in case he does get a fever. Also tried to get some of that arnica gel but baby city didn't have it. We started taking Liam out since he was a few days old even though my mom disapproves but i make sure i wrap him up warmly. As for the nookie, DH and i started last week, that's 4 weeks after baby was born. I've never heard of waiting 3 months but then again my mom or MIL wouldn't discuss sex with me. If you're up to it i don't see any reason to wait.

I`m not laughing at you ladyfriend, I have been told the same thing.

At least I can take Tay out with me, but DH tells me no sex till she is 3 months. So I have a whole month to go...Appearently he was told by his sisters that its not good for baby as I am breastfeeding and she might get "sick" you know what I mean. I was also angry with him for that, but he doesn`t budge, no is no, I can be how seductive he just kicks me to the curb

Its hard putting up with the cultural thing from DH`s side, but I guess I knew that the day I decided to say I DO, so I guess I will just grin and bear it

I started going out with my 3ry old when he was 1 month old & my parents didnt find anything wrong with that but now ivy is 6 weeks, DH + MIL wants me in doors with baby 24/7 til she is 3 months old. On top of that no sex for 3 months apparently its part of healing proces. Thats insane.
My mom dont belive in that, she said as long as i feel that am ready its fine. But DH have been listening to MIL crap. Some1 need 2 tel them this 20th century things have change, she mustg grow with time.

Wel ladies when is the rite time to go out with lo & start doing it again with DH?

Long time, hope u are all doing wel with ur lo's.
Ivy have been an angel, shd went for her 6 weeks shots last friday, l nearly cried when that nurse gave her those 3 shots. Luckly my mom was here otherwise i wouldnt have managed it was too much & she promised 2 be here on the 9 july when we go 4 10weeks shots.

Vash i dont have a routine yet coz we dönt do ful body wash daily yet, we have a ful body wash every 2nd day but between we clean neccesary parts "face, neck, armpit & nappy area" coz its too cold wel it wil changa during summer.
As for feeding i dont have time & amount. I feed per demand but if i give her 50ml of nan & stil cries after i give my boob.

Hey ladies. We are all proud mommies! I can't believe my little Liam turned 1 month yesterday. DH was just saying that we waited so long for him to be born but this past month has just flown by. Bronz i feed Liam every 2 hours or so and he drinks for 10-20 mins at a time. How much should babies drink per feed? I started expressing today and gave him 100mls but he wanted more! He drank for another 20mins from my boob. How are your babies sleeping at night? I'm exhausted from getting up every 2 hours. Hope he starts sleeping longer soon. Take care ladies.

Those who are breast feeding how often do you feed? I feel like Graeme is permanently on me.

The strangest thing happened today, while he was feeding it was almost like he got some cramps. Started moaning then breathed and carried on. He did this a couple of times and more so on the left boob.

Tonight I have decided to start my routine of set bath time and feed then bed. I am also going to use the sleep sense lalaby cd. What routines have you started?
