Hello mommies

Hope you are all doing well! Sorry that I have been MIA but too much has been happening in the past few weeks and its really taken a toll on me!

Honestly, this year has been the best year of my life (with the birth of Luke) and the worst year too – my dad has cancer in his spine, lungs, hip bones and kidneys and cant have an op to remove the kidneys cos he will not survive the op and we still waiting for the results from the biopsy to find out if he can have chemo or not, my dad is so sick and seeing him like this really hurts me…

Luke is getting big, I reckon he weighs about 9kg if not more… People can’t believe that he is 5 months old because he is so big, many people reckon he looks like a 7 or 8 month old baby cos of his size. He can now roll from his back onto his tummy and again from his tummy onto his back (no more leaving him alone on the bed now)… He is also talking the hind leg off a donkie (his baby talk – which is more like screeching to me – HEHE)… He can sit up straight for short periods of time – so we getting there…. Luke is also starting to sleep thru, he wakes up a maximum of twice a night!

Im just so amazed at how quickly he is growing now and being a mom is the most wonderful feeling in the world!! Im loving everything about it so far!

Hi mommies...I haven't posted here for a very long time. Well I'm back to work now & will have a little time to post now & then. I can't believe my little bot is turning 6 months in 9 days...wow, they grow so fast! He is weighing 8.5kg already & can sit without support.

Here is my big naughty boy....

exactly 5 months old today

68 or 69 cm, can never get her to sit still enough!!!! Weight is at 7.84kilos.

So new developement, a fake cough... She does it when excited or wants attention. So cute. Started baby gym, she liked it, but had to warn the other mothers my child I'd not sick, she is coughing because she found out how to do it. Also been giving her a few more food tasters, baked butternut slice went down welln especially on the head and hair! Still not rolling again! And becomming mommy fussed.
