Shakira - The reason for the gap is that i was married before. I am one of those unfortunate women who after years find out that there is another "woman" in your marriage. It took me a while to get out as i was so scared how i will cope on my own with two kids.

But i did it and it made me an even stronger woman today. After everything i met my wonderful husband - i guess its second time lucky. He is a great father to my other kids and anyone looking from the outside would not say that they are not his kids.

Sorry to bombard you ladies with all that but ya its in the past I dont even look back.

I can handle 40 degrees I hate winter.

Well, sometimes, I long for some peace and quiet even for just 5 minutes hahahaha. But Monday, I spoke to an old school friend of mine. He is my age, but has never been in a serious relationship, and never had kids. So I said to him I am desperately wanting just 5 minute sof peace and quiet. He said to me, well he has 5 min TOO many (of peace and quiet). That really really hit me hard and I realized although I am only human, although I sometimes just want the kids to be quiet and although I sometimes just want to be by myself... I am BLESSED... I am so incredibly fortunate and lucky to have met the "right" man and even if we did not plan on 6 kids, (we never "planned" or discussed a certain amount of kids) it just happened and I am so thankful.

Shariefa - glad Imaan is feeling a bit better. Shame it really sux when they're sick hey. Hope you feel better soon soon. That is quite a big age gap between your older 2 and Imaan. Did you plan it like that?

Morning ladies

I literally had to drag myself to work this morning. Imaan is a little bit better. I am so fortunate for having my Mom taking care of Imaan. Now i feel sick. Head hurts chest pains the list is endless.

So in all its not a good week for me.

As to the kids topic. No more babies for me. I have a son aged 11 and a daughter aged 10 and then there is Imaan. Financially i will not be able to cope. I come from a not too small and not too big family. I have four sisters and no brothers.

Ok about having kids part. I am a person who likes peace and quiet. So already by me having 2 boys that has gone totally out the window. The reason for me wanting another girl is because I have always wanted a sister. Someone who I can relate to, like a best friend forver. Well we will all have to wait and see how that turns out.

Seems like it's going to be a nice day in CT. Zodwa I don't know how you manage the heat, seriously 48 is WAY TOO HOT. I would die.

Am trying to get Ruru to sleep & he's busy making me laugh!!!
He woke up to eat, he dsnt go to sleep immediately, starts fussing so I pick him up & shush him. As Im doing so he's busy talking/singing, then he starts pulling funny faces & looking straight into my eyes (Im trying to avoid eye contact) Then he starts grabbing my nose & lips. I cldnt help but laugh, I never talk to him night time.
So because Im laughing he thinkss its play time & the cycle continues & I end up laughing again. I left him in his cot now, he's busy playing by himself
I swear he's getting clever, trying to avoid sleeping!!!
