He has one tooth @ the top now. Still refuses to walk since he fell on Wed, Im not complaining though he really shld slow down

Iv got the flu, started yest. Just worried bout giving it to Ruru. I keep washing my hands before I hold him!!!

He's got pimples on his bum, its been 3 days now. Dnt know what to make of it!! Its not red, he dsnt complain from it, I apply nappy rash cream, Bepanthen & it dsnt really make a diff.
I was wondering if it cld b a reaction to the cerelac Im giving him now. Its fruit but also contains strawberries.... He's never really had that before.

I'll try & stop the cerelac & see what happens.

So, I am thinking about weaning Jaqi off the breast... She is now 9months1week old, an dshe is really just not interested anymore.

She finishes a feed in ten minutes, and then she pulls away, and I'm worrying she is not getting enough.

I want to start giving her a cup...

Threat is still there but because we supposed to b leaving next month everybody figures they wont carry it out.
We still hvnt received info or dates of when we leaving exactly so we still in the dark. Our govmnt departments are so disorganised back home.
This is irritating as I promised my step daughter she'd b living with us nxt year & I cant find a school till I know whats happening.

Basically I got a cook. He leaves for the village every 2nd weekend so in those times I cook or get takeaways if Im lazy. He dsnt have a uniform like in the movies or anything like that, he wears hi usual clothes.
Its actually like having a domestic worker @ home, same thing but the men do that work here. Men do the cooking & women the cleaning. Another man's wife cooking for a man she's not married to/serving that man food is not allowed here.....
So u'd have a cook & a cleaner, a nanny if u have kids. Some ppl have a nanny for each kid!!!

Then again not all diplomats live like this. It all depends in which country u live in & what the cultural norms are in that country are
Like in the US or Europe domestic help is very xpensive so diplomats there would get somebody from home to come help or do everything themselves.

Doing everything urself is not easy as u host sooo many functions for ppl from diff country's almost every week & u have to attend functions. help is a must!!

ruru has been scared to walk by himself since he fell on Wed!!! Shame poor baby...
He eats like a horse though. He's had 3 meals & 6 bottles before bed time today!! He's really getting big

Hey Zodwa: I get that at times when my nanny struggles to calm siba. I suppose the nanny and cook worry that the might be something wrong with ruru. It a good thing they called even its a small thing. Congrats on the first steps such a big milestone

Zodwa i would have freaked! but its a good thing that they call you even for little things.

EP i hate being at home! kids still going to school, I do fetch them earlier but dont want to disrupt their routine. Glad to hear J doing good. I have a interview @ 12 today.
