JAN 2010 BABIES

Hallo ladies. How do you do it??? My little one has not slept through the night ever, if he sleeps long, it would be three hours at best. Some advise please??

Hi Annelize - I popped in a couple of times when you lot were on Pampers. The breech baby etc. etc. if you remember.

Cherikey - you are very fortunate! Touch wood but for the first time ever my LB has slept for 7 hrs straight for the last 2 nights in a row!!! He is now 14 wks. We'll see how it goes...

I haven't even thought about solids yet...plan would be to start around 6 months. No rush.

Christiaan is almost 4.5 months old & also chews his hands & is busy teething! Sleeping through from about 8 weeks, from 8:00 to 6:00/6:30.

Euphre7: Haven't introduced solids yet, still exclusively bf. Some of the other Jan 2010 moms have started feeding their lo's.

The sleeping is doing well thanks... She sleeps through from about 9ish to about 4ish which is really awesome!

Cherikey - your account sounds very similar to mine. Have a LB born 4 wks early in Jan instead of Feb. I also now know for sure that the smiling is comletely real - what a pleasure to be on the receiving end!

I'm actually not sure whether to classify what he does as sucking or chewing?

I'm a Jan 2010 mommy, but my LG was born 5 weeks early so i'm wondering if i should join the Feb 2010 discussion?

I'm still exclusively breastfeeding & no Tori hasn't started chewing on her hands yet, but she has been sucking on her hand since birth...

She's just this week discovered her voice which is awesome and now her smiles are more "real" in that i know she's actually smiling & it's not just a fluke!
