cinds: just mix the puma with some vaseline, might be too strong on her skin if her skin is sensitive then it burns...
glad to hear all is better with her, sorry about the cough, ange has that aweful cough too, morning and night.

Morning all, for those in CT how the hell did you manage to eat, sleep, or do anything last night with the heat! it was unbearable.....at least its a bit cool today hey!

Paula, the 65 year joke was so :laugh:, will say a little pray the small lo, shame, my heart breaks when i read and see these ills kids.....

Morning Vision, Bekeh really knows what she wants hey, feisty little girl :) she wants big people food :) Vision hubby is doing much better, he just has a bit of a cough though

Hi Charlene, shame poor ange and bardon, how is he feeling now?

J is doing so much better! she is no longer constipated, she made 4 stinkies yesterday :S and it wasn't runny (tmi) at all, normal stool. but now she has a cough, and its only at night and now this morning as well, a bit wet though. Paed said i should just use Puma Balm, is it gonna work?

firstly, yippee, to thos i might be nearby, i dont know jhb at all, but i will be in midrand the weekend of the 5 june? anyone nearby?

skitter: love the grappie and ai ai ai vir daai seuntjie, ek bid net gerus op sy familie se harte en a dat hy beter word miraculously...

vision: bardon also just all of a sudden started doing that with his food and refused it completely then, thats why i started him on solid solids. works easier now. he wouldnt eat last night at all and is so grumpy and moany and this morning actually had a fever, when i picked him up out of his cot, i felt this body feels strangely warm, yip 37.9... ai...
ange is much better, and i have looked in her mouth and cannot see where there are teeth suppose to be coming out, so i dunt know, but coughed so much while she was sleeping. allergies i think, cause she is not sick!!!

I got so upset with Rebekah yesterday - I made sweet potatoe and she didnt like it for some strange reason so she made herself vomit - first all over her walking ring and then all over me. She is such a stubborn madam :blink:

of is dit net eenvoudig haar HART?
Is dit die pyn wat jy voel as jy jou seun of dogter sien verdwyn om
die hoek oppad skooltoe - alleen - vir die eerste keer?
Is dit die paniek - jare later, om 2 uur in die oggend, as
jy wakker lê en wag om die gerustellende geluid van die sleutel in die
voordeur te hoor en te weet nou kan jy slaap, hulle is veilig onder jou
vlerk terug?
Of is dit die gevoel om te hardloop en jou kind 'n drukkie te gaan gee
as jy hoor van 'n brand, 'n kar ongeluk, of 'n kind wat sterwend is?
En ouer mammas wat moet leer om te laat gaan.
Vir werkende mammas en vir by-die-huis mammas.
Enkel mammas en getroude mammas.
Mammas met geld en mammas sonder geld.
Dit is vir julle almal. Vir ons almal. "hang in there"

Op n ernstiger noot.....n vriendin het die volgende vir my gestuur, hou asb die suentjie en familie in jul gebede.

Vriende, familie en almal wat omgee

Bid asb saam met ons vir Alec Geldenhuys (4). Alec is my broer Charl en skoonsus Eunice Geldenhuys se enigste seuntjie.

Hy is Desember 2009 gediagnoseer met ‘n gewas op die brein stem en die dokters het hom net 3-6 maande tydperk gegee om nog te lewe. Die gewas is van so aard dat hulle nie kan opereer nie. Hy het gegaan vir bestraling maar die dokters se daar is geen verbetering nie.

Alec is kort-kort in en uit die hospitaal. Hulle het ‘n pypie ingesit om die drukking op sy brein te verlig. Hy kan nie meer loop nie en is afhanklik van sy ouers om alles vir hom te doen. Dit breek ons harte om hom so te sien agteruit gaan. Alec is so kosbaar, hy is sy pa se hart se punt.

Ons vra dat julle asseblief saam met ons bid vir Alec, vir genesing. Bid ook vir sy ouers Charl en Eunice, hulle het baie ondersteuning nodig. Bid in geloof, sonder om te twyfel. Die krag van gebed moet nooit onderskat word nie en niks is onmoontlik vir God nie.

Stuur asb aan soveel mense moontlik.

Childbirth at 65




With all the new technology regarding fertility recently, a 65 year old friend of mine was able to give birth. When she was discharged from the hospital and went home, I went to visit.

"May I see the new baby" I asked "Not yet" she said, "I'll make coffee and we can chat for a while.."

30 minutes had passed and I asked "May I see the baby now?"

"No, Not yet" she said

After a few minutes had elapsed, I asked again "May I see the baby now?"

"NO, not yet" replied my friend.

Growing very impatient, I asked, "Well, when can I see the baby?"


"WHEN HE CRIES!" she told me.

"WHEN HE CRIES?" I demanded. "Why do I have to wait until he CRIES?"

"BECAUSE I FORGOT WHERE I PUT HIM, O.K.!!!"
