I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one struggling with tantrums!!

I went to the doc this morning because the rash came back, apparently I've got a virus and infection but luckily caught it early enough and don't need antibiotics. Doc wanted to give me an asthma pump for the closed chest but I told him it isn't necessary.
Apparently the rash is an allergic reaction. I think I might be allergic to eggs after all

Lonie, dis vandat ek swanger was dat ek skielik nie meer eiers kan eet nie. Dit gee my erg maagpyn en ek het dit vir die laaste 2weke uitgesny en eers weer gister begin eet. Maar ek wag vir die bloedtoets resultate, miskien is dit nie die eiers nie. Het geen idee wat anders dit kan wees nie? Mail vir my die resep van die muffins seblief??

Hi Ladies

Just a quick pop in to say "hi". Things are really hectic at work so I'm really busy. I could not even make it to the moomie meet on Saturday - where are the pics? Was it fun?

Anyway Zia is so cute I can just eat him up. I was off for 3 days with him last week and we had sooo much fun. Only problem is that he is waking up for a bottle or two at night and he does not want water it has to be milk.

We also put our house on the market, I hate ppl walking through and looking at my stuff - oh and trying it keep it tidy is another story when you have a todler. And not to mention the cost involved in buying a property.......I've had sleepless nights about all this.

Enough about me, I promise to pop in more frequently.....

Marilu, sorry to hear about the rash..have you ever been allergic to any food? I must say after having Amber all sorts of funnies are happening to me..I used to love eating nuts and the other night my tongue swole up really bad, hubby thinking its very funny since i could not even talk..
I actually made muffins last night that came out very well! at last I got it right...I made butternut, bran and nut muffins..seems I am not learning from my swollen tongue..LOL at least there is only Almonds and Pecan nuts in and no tongue issues as yet, plus they have no sugar in them and still edible!

Lizel, must say I understand what you say re staying in Sinc with hubby,., I suppose its difficult for them to adjust to now being married to a mother with different responsibilities. I sometimes think the sexy in me is hiding someplace far away..and old tannie is becoming the norm.. I cant even feel comfortable in high heels anymore and my favorite is worn out flops.. Maybe I just need some sort of make over...
Then there is the issue re bringing up your child, where you partner can have different views..but I suppose you need to make time for just you and him and go away for a weekend alone at least every now and then..

Sorry about your friends baby, Elrike. It's so terrible esp because it seemed like things were better.

Just wanted to say we are also suffering with the temper tantrums. It's so hard because he can't tell us what he wants or he wants something impossible. Apparently only another year and a half and then they out grow it.

Lizel, Dh and I are going through the same thing. When I read how you have "lost" each other...it was like you were talking about us. After my dh got hijacked he just slipped into a hole and I can't seem to get him out. This after months of me being sleep deprived and quite a witch. We used to be so close, now I have no idea what he's even thinking. It's so sad. So, strongs, this road is rough indeed.

I am on the 1st day of my next pregnancy (see how positive I'm being?) This is the cycle I hope to fall pregnant on. Have been on a girl diet for 4 weeks, which really sucks. I'm excited and also worried that's it's going to take long to fall pregnant. Time will tell.

Lizel glad you enjoyed yourself shame poor hubby shows you men arent so tough. My girls are doing really well, just that i have a bit of a upset tummy and im giving it to Vanya via the breastmilk, so she spends some time shouting at me, my poor baby.

Marilu sorry you not having a great time at it, hope the rash gets better, just watch yourself please and your cough.

I see we all sitting in the same boat so i take it that its normal for tantrums at this stage.Arwen had one in the shops yesterday and i couldnt hit her coz everyone was already looking at her coz she was screaming, all because she wanted me to pick her up and i wasnt feeling lekka so i couldnt. boy they can be hectic
