We are going away for a little while leaving on Sunday-Thursday. I still have not even start packing and I have to. Have 2 parties tomorrow and Sunda hubby playing cricket, we leaving right after the game.

Hello to all the other mommies !!

Hello all,

First of all, a Happy Birthday to the babies who have celebrated their birthdays already and to the moms who have raised such beautiful babies

I am really enjoying the belly pics posted over the last day or so. Wow! you are all growing beautifully.

I apologise for being so scarce. Work is fine. Just had a fall-out with one of my colleagues who happened to be in my circle of close friends. Other than that, work is hectic especially because I am also studying now and my workload has not decreased to compensate for the time that am away on my course.

K had her second second party last weekend. She was truly so spoilt! Looking at her playroom now, all I can say is she is 1 lucky kid! Lol! At her age, I had hand-me-down tos from my older cousins haha. The cake turned out beautifully although my guests were so not impressed that I chose not to bake it I ordered a plain cake from Charly's and decorated it with the decor I had made already. Took me like 15 minutes to put together I still though it tasted awesome though!

Other than that, K has been going to a few castings. The most recent one is for Kiabi and today I am waiting to hear whether she has been selected. There is one issue that every single photographer at the casting has mentioned though. She is too tall for a 2 year old. Being tall in the modelling industry is desired but when they are that young they need to be within the height range for their age. They cannot really push her into ads requiring 3 year olds as then she wont be 'mature' (for lack of a better word) and she will not act like a 3 year old. So it is becoming a big problem that she has not ticked the height box at the moment. Anyways, I will see how it goes over the next few months.

On a side note, she has been doing really great at all her castings. She is definitely a natural. At the last casting, all the 2 year olds had their moms hold their name cards for their ID pics but when it was her turn, she just took the name card from me and posed beautifully with it for the picture :0 Lol!

Still can't believe Migs slept so well!! I feel like a different person. Let's hope she keeps it up and that the bad winter germs stay away.

BabyJap glad to hear that Q was spoilt so much! Sorry to hear about your hand, is it ok now? How did you manage to cut it that bad?

Elrike Migs is ook so oor haar pantoffels..gaan slaap daarmee maar ek gaan trek dit uit wanneer sy vas slaap Jou tummypic is pragtig! Luwan is te pragtig.

Lizel het Z 'n tricycle? Ek het gedink daaraan om dit vir Migs te koop maar aangesien ons beplan om Aus toe te trek wil ek nie nou groot speelgoed vir haar koop nie.

Nadia I don't want to sleeptrain Migs cause I don't want to let her cry. It feels so mean.

Mig's creche is turning 9 today so we had to dress them up..Migs went as Tinkerbell Bought her a little tutu and wings..she looked too cute! Couldn't take a photo cause she cried when I dropper her off at creche Will take a photo tonight.
