morning all

Sorry for being MIA, just a lot happening with us.....my FIL was arrested last week, cause he hit my SIL ex boyfriend (father of her child) but he is at home now, he admitted to guilt and he had to pay a fine. This are so hectic at work and then Jesse was so miserable since Sunday and i see her eye tooth is making an appearance, so i've been stressing cause she starting getting warm/hot and i dont want her to get a fever fit again and land up in hospital so i've been panicking taking temps but it stays on 37.6, paed said that is normal "fever" for teething, i must just give her something for pain. It must be so sore cause she cries then hits her mouth, poor baby. We had a better night last and she wasn't warm/hot at all. Tooth is nearly out!

Marilu congrats on the job and all the best! dont worry i'll be working in December as per normal cause hubby works but i take leave in Jan and then somewhere between Feb & April for 2 weeks.

I just wanna say that Adele is really not having any luck, please pray for her and her family....Tyren has been sick on and off for a while now and yesterday the creche phoned to say he has a temp of 39, she told them to give him lotem and take his clothes off, she phoned the paed and got an appointment for the afternoon. When she got to the paed he immediately told her its his ears and when he checked both T's ear drums burst, and apparently its been like this for the past 2 months. she was in and out at the gp and he hasn't picked it up! Tyren needs to have an emergency op, but they need an opening so now he has lots of pain meds to drink in the mean time. Please keep them in your prayers

The creche tells the parents who bit their child. Well at least this forced the creche to move Migs to the older class
What kind of pasta did you give Amber? The reason why I'm asking..Migs don't like spaghetti or 2min noodles, she only eats macaroni or 'bigger' pastas. It's good that Amber love her veggies though

Dont feel bad re M biting, it can happen to anyone! I was picking up Amber one afternoon and another kid also did the biting deed..and it happened right infront of me! The parents were upset but just a few weeks later that same girl that got bitten was sitting on my lap and bit me on the arm! So now the mom can see it can go both ways.. The creche should have a biting policy and they should not tell the parents who bit their child..
Deja, that photo of Nienke is so cute! Somehow Amber is not into pasta, and would rather eat vegetables..?? Weird!

Shoo but it's cold this side, sunny but COLD. I woke up with a hectic sore throat so I'm overdosing on vitamin tablets today

I also don't know how SAHM cope! I just can't keep up with keeping the house clean, I've even given up on picking up the toys every night! I think I'm going to start a new 'game' with Migs...picking up toys! (I doubt wether she will fall for it though )

We went to look at Migs creche for next year..it looks GREAT! There's 11 per class, two caregivers, and they do activities like colouring in etc. There's also a HUGE playground for them. Talking about creches..Migs is moving up to the next class in her current creche cause she bit two kids yesterday I feel TERRIBLE!!!! Don't know how I'm going to face the moms. She's definitely frustrated in her current class so they're FINALLY moving her to the bigger class.

Deja I have been testing a new system we going to implement so in 'classroom' style sessions from 9-4 since Friday...tomorrow my last day then will be back to chatting normally!

As for the SAHM thing... I also dunno how u guys cope! I never manage to get anything done with L half the time!
