I didn't get the job I'm SO disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sometimes of the opinion that diets work because most forces you to stick to drinking loads of water. Like those appetite blockers, you need to drink a glass of water before every meal, don't know about you but if I do that then I eat less anyway (without the 'appetite blocker')

Got an interesting thing I'm currently trying out, my sister bought one, an Ozone health spa thing. It works on the basis that it (somehow) gets more oxygen in the body aiding weightloss and promoting health etc. Well I'm on day 2 and so far (except for last nights late night rude awakening!) I'm feeling great, full of energy.

Will keep a diary and see if it does anything

Sumaya sorry to hear that you're so tired! Isn't it a phase they're going through? Didn't Nienke and Jesse also go through a week of waking up at night being all chirpy?
