Lonie enjoy the tennis, we were talking yesterday saying we want to start doing something and tennis came up....honestly cant see myself doing it but the idea was there

Nadia congrats on the weightloss...If I walk in the building door and smell all the nice food everyone is making for Ramadan i find it hard to believe someone can loose weight

Ek was die heel oggend uit... nou net terug gekom! Was by die genikoloog vir my jaar ondersoek! Alles is piekfyn! Dokter wil net he dat ek nog 'n baba moet kry... Desember is die groot maand skat ek!! LOL

Verder is dit vandag koeler as gister! Gister was 'n lieflike dag!

Ok selfish post from my side quick...since the fast has started I have lost 1.2kgs YAY YAY YAY only like 20 more to go

Yes thanks Amber is much better now, still staying at home at the moment, my parents are only leaving on Friday! She has been spoiled rotten and its a mission to get her to nap.. Today my parents just left her a bit in the cot, she moaned and played a bit with the soft toys then they gave her a bottle again and she fell asleep.. so I think we must do some sleep training a bit for the rest of the week.
Vision, Amber's birthday is on the 19th..

Deja, Holiday in Nam. sounds wonderful! A few years back we toured Namibia, must say the driving was terrible, but we saw such nice places!
Like the weight loss ticker..looks like a nice idea to keep you motivated! But why do you want to loose 6Kg..? You tiny??
