skitter: bards has the odd word, like ta and cat and tit for sit, duck, boef which is woef, num num and the most used one is uh uh uh for whatever he is pointing at, lazy boy, and then mamma, ouma, pappa, jojo, tita, but other than that he talks baby language and expects me to know what he saying. i shouldve made a list of jolene, ange's words at 1 year, he is FAR behind ange's talking at a year. she really was a quick talker goodness, and till today says words like appreciate, disgusting, big words for such a little thing.

we went to my mom for the afternoon, had lunch there then played outside, ange ofcourse running around without shoes on. she never wears shoes, she hates shoes, i have tried all different types she just doesnt like them, daddy's child, he hates it too, will wear sloffies when its icy cold and raining just cause he cannot go out barefoot.

she tried convincing me she may climb the tree and said but i can mommy, i told her i very well know she can but she shouldnt, she gave me a aweful face. very dissaproving

well, my potato bake is in the oven and im going to go wash my hair and get dressed in something decent and warm and then go get the kids Mc dons for supper. and by then its bards supper time and then afetr that hubbie shold be home and we'll leave for the braai.

Hi everyone

I powdered the kitchen cupboards this morning, so hopefully no more ants Micheala and I also slept in to 10:30, which was bliss, espescially after I had to get up early to iron dh some clothes for work....grrrr. And she even took the bottle this morning when she woke up! YAY

Charlene, glad to hear B is doing good again....so cute of him takling so much M babbles baby language the whole time, so funny!

Marilu, hope the meds does the trick this time around, she is a nice weight and short like M, lol.

Elrike, bly jy is gesond. Wat is "M"? Ek het Johnsons poeier gebruik want mens kry nie elizabeth annes goed hier nie, en oor ek nie poeier gebruik nie, nooit daaraan gedink om saam te bring nie....so hoop maar dit werk

marilu and skitter im with you on the climbing thing, bards drives me insane, i cant turn my back for 1 minute, he pushes his baby chairs up against the couches then jumps and falls off, he has a huge bruise on his forehead.
he is back to norm again so driving me bonkers.
really had a few days of hell with him, the worst being him just crying and crying and crying, times when i put him in his cot and just walked out the house, i had to or id go mad!!!

cinds: im so glad jesse is doing better, and now you gotta keep a eye on those temps, like i told you last time if she starts with a fever rather give her panado or lotum or ponstel or nurofen for 2 days every 6/8 hours so that she doesnt get a fit...
i remember once when jolene got one and she was 8 years old. it was at angelique's 1st birthday party. she had very high fevers from the day before and had her at the ER the night before but she really wanted to be at her sister's 1st birthday, she took it easy that day and straight after the party as i was walking out with people she told me she is so cold and started shivering, i told her to get into bed im coming.
she was in her bed and i went in to help her put her pj's on when she was chattering on her teeth and the next moment she starts going blue around her mouth and shakes, i pooped myself, i screamed for barno to come help and then ran out cause i thought she dying, i got my cell and phoned the paed, obvioulsy admitted her immediately. she had a virus which had destroyed all her red and white blood cells and was supressing the bone marrow from producing more, she was in hosp over a week...
was very scary!!!!

tonight we have a party with friends,

oh betta go, my boy is tickiticki ticki ticki toooooo i have no idea what that means but he been saying it over and over...
other one is gaaga ga ga ga baby lanugage and then says goooooooooo and points somewhere, i think he wants to gooooooooo somewhere...

It's weekend!!

Went to the homeopath, he said that we should stop the Deselex but only as soon as the homeopathic meds kick in. Got a WHOLE load of meds, 4 different tissue salts (one for clear snot, one for green snot etc),as well as a new homeopathic syrup that builds the immune system and is specially formulated for upper respitory infections. Have ordered it through the pharmacy and only getting it Tuesday And he gave probiotics also. Lets hope it works this time!

Took M to the clinic today to get weighed..got there just to be told that I was supposed to bring M in for her 1year Prevenar injection!!!!!!! I thought it was only the chick pox injection! So she got an injection as well today,they said its ok that its a month late cause its only a booster. She weighs 10.4kg and is 74cm long (shorty like me)

Shame she's so scared of ANY doctors now, if she sees anyone in a white jacket she starts screaming. The homeopath couldn't even check her ears cause she put up such a fight I couldn't hold her down!

Ek is nou weer myself! Ai, ek het regtig gedink ek wil doodgaan! LOL Maar dankie tog was dit net die pille... tpot die griep is sommer ook gone!!! WOW!

Luwan het gisteraand dwarsdeur geslaap, tot vanoggend 5h50, sonder dat hy eers melkies gisteraand gedrink het... Ek was verstom! Hy word net te gou groot!

Skitter: Jammer om te hoor dat M so bietjie omgekrap was vandag! Luwan het ook sy dae wat hy net kerm om geen rede nie! Maak mens nogal moeg, want jy kan niks doen nie! oor die miere, ek het al babapoeier probeer en dit wer, maar die van ELizabeth Annes, daar is iets daarin wat hulle nie van hou nie! Hoop dit werk!

Vision: Glad that Rebekah is better... Well we must arrange the coffee! Will phone/sms you sometime to arrange. Can't wait!
Lizel: Jammer dat julle so slegte nag gehad het. Wonder wat is dit met die kleintjies om mens so te verwoes as hulle by jou slaap. Luwan doen dieselfde!! Sterkte vir julle en die familie. Ek glo en vertrou dat die ander baba fine sal wees! Ons sal aanhou bid!!!

Marilu: Hoop M word gou beter en die die Homeopaat die snotties uitsort! Ek glo in Homeopate! Ek het verlede jaar na Luwan se geboorte erg galblaas probleme gehad en die dokters wou net opereer... Gelukkig het my man my forseer om na 'n Homeopaat te gaan... Sy het my gedokter met pilletjies en my galblaas is nou 100% Ek gebruik nou net die pilletjies as ek die pyn kry, maar ek het dit seker desember laas gehad!

Justine: Bly jy het ook 'n goeie nag gehad. Hoop jy word gou gesond!!! jaag die verkoue goggas weg!! Ek kan nogal dink julle te lekker gelag vanoggend my Kyle. Touch wood, Luwan het my nog nie een keer nat gepiepie nie! My sus het my mooi geleer om eers. die doek vastedruk, na hy los gemaak is vir so paar sekondes, maar ek was sover nog gelukkig! Kyk ek dink nie dit is aangenaam as dit gebeur nie, veral nie as alles nat is nie, maar as hulle begin lag, kan mens niks anders as om saam te lag en dankbaar te wees vir klein geskenkies!!! Soos ek se alles kan weer skoongemaak word!

Nou ja, ek het al die posts gelees as ek dalk iets gemis het vergewe my! Julle moet almal 'n fantastiese naweek he en elke oomblik geniet! Maandag is 'n Vakansiedag.... en raai wat... ons is by die huis want Pappa beer is siekerig... en hy moet aan sy "M" werk!
