Lol at Kyle and his tantrums....our babies are getting really clever. Atleast you ladies can get rid of the dummy, I have a thumb sucker here, that is going to be a really big problem/habit to curb

MariB, sounds hectic at your place, with all the work, and both you and Migs being sick, still it does not beat the fact that you don't have to leave your house (in this cold) to go to work Zia only watches Teletubies and Barney........but he sreams when we change the channel......

Vision, sounds as if you on track with Bekah's party. We not having a party for Zia, hubby wants to get him a jungle gym instead?? I'm not tooo sure about that.
Vision, I've noticed that when Zia has a proper supper meal, then he sleeps right through the night - hence no nappy leaks..... It's when he does not eat properly, that he wakes up and wants a "milk" bottle.

Binks, sounds hectic at work, atleast hubby is coming back on Saturday......

Morning all, someone left the fridge open. Its freezing.

MariB, dont worry, I understand. Hope you and Migs get better soon. I havnt used that Karvol spray in such a long time but Kyles nose is starting up again, might have to spray soon. Havnt heard yet, will only know this week. Hoping it works out.

Binks, only a few more days. Have you already found a babysitter?

Lizel, such a cute theme. I have the same feelings you have about your MIL with my SIL. I cant stand her at all.

Vision, Kyle is so attached to his dummy. He always has at least 2 dummies with him. He has a major tantrum if he doesnt have one and wont sleep at all if he can suck on one. Last night he was laying on my lap and we were watching tv and he was alternating between his blue and his green dummy. Its was quite funny but made me realise we need to try end it as I think its delaying his speech.

Hello to everyone else. Hope you are all doing well?
My baby boy is becoming a brat. He is throwing teh worst tantrums, by tantrums I mean rolling on the floor kicking and screaming. Banging his head on the floor. He doenst want to share. He also always sleeps through but the last 2 nights he wakes up and will only go back to sleep if I put him in my bed.

Both Jaydon and Kyle have such dry faces. You can actually see how dry it is. There cheeks are red and Jaydon has a rash around his mouth. Do any of you experience this in winter or in the cold? I put cream on in the morning and night and only wipe both's faces with wetwipes, no face clothes and its not working. Jaydon was complaining the cream was burning his face last night

Hello everyone

I'm so far behind with all the posts, haven't read any yet. Very busy with work, it's month end etc.

I'm still feeling TERRIBLE. Can only eat 2min noodles (it's soft and I don't have to chew). The good thing is I'm loosing weight..the bad thing is my mouth isn't better! Going back to the doc today.
Migs is all clogged up, nose is yellow and green, chest all wet and snot pouring through her eyes (literally). Got some meds from the doctor yesterday so hoping that it will kick in today.

I've got a problem Migs is addicted to TV. I'm serious. She wants to watch Shrek and Madagascer the whole time, she goes to bed with the DVD in her hand!! Bedtime is a NIGHTMARE. She screams hysterically when she knows it's bedtime, don't know what to do anymore!!! I have to stop this TV asap. It's turned her into a little monster, going to hide ALL the dvd's today. She can watch Lollos and Barney and that's it.

Justine sorry that I haven't replied to your msg yet..just way too busy at the moment. That Karvol spray works like a bomb hey? Even helps a bit for the dry coughs.

Vision Migs is also attached to her dummy..lately she only wants the ONE dummy (which has a hole in it!) Migs screams this high pitched shrill scream when throwing a tantrum..hectic!

I found styrofoam ladybugs yesterday - they are so cute. Also found black balloons...
Bekah was also good yesterday - only asked for the dummy once and when I said no she didnt throw a massive tantrum! Her new thing is to ask me 'whats that"... so cute how talkative they are becoming!

Cinds it is also freezing in JHB and soooooo windy!!! It is usually only windy like this in August... My nose is burning from the cold!

Ooooo sumaya how u and Z doing? with regards to the leaks i dont have an issue with Huggies gold, yes there are occassions when it leaks but that cause her nappy was extremely full and its once she was awake and she pees and i see the pee on the floor

As for us well last night i had my happy go lucky girl back, she ate her supper and said mmm nice mommy and i said mmmm yes it is......then after supper she asked me for cheese and i gave her, when that was finished she asked for more and i gave and then she tried again and i said nope thats it, you had enough lets go bath and she looks at me with a thinking face and says last time (for the cheese) i just burst out laughing and gave her a piece, then at 6.45 we went to bath and after that we cuddled in bed........yesterday my mother says to her...Jesse let me check ur nappy please and she turns around sighs and says" u so difficult

Hi all

Sorry was so tierd today i slept myself into a coma after riding around all morning trying to look for a new light switch for Arwens bed brother finaly made a plan with another switch just we could have one, and he going home Saterday.

Vanya was at pead on Friday has croup and tonsilitis, but sounding so much better today. the poor baby.

Weekend was so busy but lucky never ran out of stock, if i never see paper work again it will be to soon.

Other than that we doing well Arwen has a bit of a cough and runny nose but well. Taking her tomorrow for another hair cut.
Have a busy week ahead to try keep myself busy till Saterday then i can pick up hubby still so super excited and monday finished already.
