Thanks for the advice ladies, Just called MIL now and told her about the banana, we giving him glucose water which seems to be helping too. He still has his appetite though, so mil will monitor him and I'll keep you posted.

Marilu, Ei my MIL also wants Z to sleep there for the whole week, but I just can't hey, I can't leave him on Sunday and only see him the next Friday, it's just tooo long.

Marilu my mom and i were like that in the beginning when J was born and i thought you can do and say whatever but I'M HER MOTHER NOT YOU so i just stuck to my guns so now they dont crit anymore! Its either my way or no way, i do take advice and use it but i dont let her walk all over me! I hope things get better with u an your mom. How was it b4 migs?

Lonie I phoned the ENT now (he's on leave in the middle of winter????). I asked the receptionist wether a swab can't give us more info about WHAT infection M is constantly getting, she says it's not worth it cause she's probably catching viral infections. We have taken her to a homeopath but I didn't really see a huge difference after that. I think I'm going to insist that they do the allergy tests NOW.

Cinds, ag my mom and I fight ALOT. She's always so negative and criticize EVERYTHING I do. She really makes me feel like I'm the worst mom ever. And she gets mad at me for not wanting to leave M there for a weekend. ( I mean DUH..I already see M only in the evenings!!!!!) She actually suggested that I leave M there THIS WHOLE WINTER and that I should put my feelings second and M first by letting her stay by my mom in Hermanus cause apparently then M won't get sick. So she's basicly saying I'm being selfish for NOT wanting to leave my baby by her for the winter!!!!

Justine, shame man, sure sounds like something is up? Maybe just take him to the Dr for a checkup?
Sumaya, A eye teeth coming out was also very difficult, but the no of nappies also sounds like a tummy bug?

Sumaya so sorry that Z is so sick, but like marilu says banana works wonders, J has a half a banana everyday, we do skip sometimes but she loves banana. I hope u can see the paed today still.
