Ok, so the packing is halfway done, just got lazy and decided to come and chat And now hubby has problems organising the visas for the kids...these silly people change procedures every flippen month, why I will never know. But at least he has two weeks to sort it out.

The 'ruk en pluk' doctor did exactly that..ruk en pluk The bad news is my one of my vertebraes is tilted (moved) cause the cushion inbetween is too flat. Hmm..doesn't make alot of sense. Anyways, he put some electric current on my back, some warm stuff (VERY relaxing) and tried to manipulate the vertibrae back into it's position but couldn't cause my back is too stiff Have to go for xrays. Also told me alot of don'ts and do's.

Vision, you ARE skinny But I know how it feels to want to loose weight! I've eaten good so far. Had biltong for breakfast (haha) and my lunch is a sandwich! I'm really trying hard to eat healthier (and with healthier I mean NOT eating chocolates and chips!)

Sumaya, enjoy the game! Soccer is just like rugby except that they can't touch the ball.. OR NOT I also just dress Mignione warmly. What my mom does is she uses a big blanket and tucks it in underneath the mattress, but M HATES it cause then she can't turn around properly.
