I made cottage pie and fried samoosas.
marilu im so used to it doesnt even bother me

i have 36 days to pay back and im on day 3 now

Marilu when i looked it wasn't dead, so i didn't kill it! i hope not

What time does M go down? maybe try and then prepare lunch for work the next day, be it making you egg salad or a normal salad or whatever you want, it should be easy.

ok, i will post here and by the cake recipe section thingy:

APPLE TART?CAKE!!!

mix together: 3 tablespoons margerine
1 cup sugar
mix it till its in a soft cream and smooth
add: 1/4 cup of milk
2-3 eggs, depending on egg size
mix together!
sift in: 1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
mix!
pour mixture into dish and add 1 tin of cooked apples just put them on top of mixture and push down slightly.
bake at 180 degrees C for +- 40 minutes
(if you are doubling recipe for bigger tart and dish add about 15 extra minutes on cooking time)

in the last 10 minutes before cake is done:
boil: 1 250ml holder of cream
1 cup sugar
1 yspn vanilla essence
boil for about 10 minutes.
as the cake comes out the oven test with a testing stick, must come out dry and not sticky.
make a few holes in cake so that sauce can draw in nicely.
while sauce is still boiling pour sauce over apple tart! all over!!!

Cinds, Renier cooks at night (I'm useless ). We usually keep the leftovers for the next night (so that we don't have to cook the next day). But we really should make a plan to pack lunch for the day! Will save me loads of money too! Cinds..you can't kill a praying mantis!! They're harmless!! Shame on you!

Marilu I have lots of weight to lose I want to lose 4kg!!!
It is time consuming packing lunch. What about buying cup a soup or something now that it is winter?

Marilu who cooks at night? is there no left overs that you can take to work? thats what i normally do! Saves a lot and then i'm not tempted to go the shop and here is only woollies for me to buy from!
