Marilu, I also hear Bokmilk is expensive and you dont findf it everywhere. A friend of mine, her son is allergic to dairy and she buys him Easy gest. It looks like the first growth milk, but just green and yellow. It was specially made for people with a lactose intolerance. Since he started drinking it, he doesnt get sick anymore and its only R 11.99 a litre.

After 12 months. I recently bought our last tin of nan - when it's about halfway I'm going to start mixing in normal milk and just over a period of time increase it. But I think that more to get rid of the nan than to get B to take the regular milk because she already had pink milk and has regular milk over her weetbix

Lonie, 4 uur is vroeg, maar ek onthou die dae baie goed wat ek vanaf 3 uur wakker gesit het met Zelri dan het madam eers na 6 gaan slaap en dan moes ek opstaan
