I'm glad the bed is was like HEAVEN

I'm freezing at my desk, and i have the heater on but its not working damit!

I also dont know what to make for supper anymore! neither does hubby!

Cinds, the second night on the hard bed was HEAVEN And it helped alot that M only woke up once!

Sumaya..now I feel terrible! Since M's birth I stopped packing lunch because I just didn't have the energy to do it late at night. Before that I packed lunch everyday for me and manlief. I think I have to start doing that again.

Thats so nice sumaya that u pack in lunch for hubby wiht a fruit and yoghurt nogal. Hubby doesn't take lunch to work cause he is at home by 12 or 2 for the latest every day....

Deja ek het nou net daai artikel gelees oor die kinder mishandeling..het nie besef dit is so erg nie, dit is regtig tragies.
Sterkte met jou dieet..die oggend is skaars verby en ek het al klaar n red bull agter die rug, snacker, koekies en nie eers te praat van die pakkie wine gums wat ek nou mee besig is nie..

Deja your weigh less actually sounds nice, atleast it's not like the 3 day diet with all that tuna, the pasta, mince and mushrooms sounds lovely. How much is weighless if you don't mind me asking?

Yip buying lunch is expensive, I try to cook more at night and pack lunch for hubby. I make sure he has a fruit, and a yoghurt everyday without fail.

Marilu thats exactly what I was thinking now, do they know what pasta does to them LOL.

I'm trying to pack in lunch every day because buying is very expensive and we dont have a variety of shops to buy from here its just woollies and then the odd cafe and you know how expensive woollies is. So i try to pack in leftover supper for lunch the next day.

Deja the menu doesn't sound too bad i just dont do that wholewheat pronutro and bulgarian yoghurt oh and bangers

I think i lost more weight with throwing up all the time, i can feel it in my pants! i cannot afford to lose more weight i am going to look sick!
