Hello all, sorry for only posting now but i was trying to catch up but i forgot half of the stuff already. I missed u guys stax hey!

Welcome to all the newbies, i see you all fit in so nicely with our group.

Congrats to all mommies on their babies for reaching milestones, teeth, crawling, walking etc. For those that are preggies, CONGRATS and please keep us posted.

So how holiday was fantabulous, it was just sand sand and more sand, there are no tarred roads whatsoever! We really enjoyed up until Tuesday morning when J had a temp of 39.4 and a runny tummy, i was beside myself and didn't know what to do, so we decided to go to the dr, omw, what a complete waste, he didn't even touch her, i had to tell him to take her temp and then he pulls out those old glass thermometres (sp) and then he says he doesn't speak english really and i'm like its fine. Then he said just give her panado, that was it! Then we asked him what do we owe him and he says R1, yes u read correctly a whole South African Rand. We left and went to the hill to phone dh bosses dr and he advised we give her lotem, 2,5mls and if her fever doesn't break give her 5mls 4 hours later. Went back to the chalets and gave her the 2,5ml lotem and within 20mins her fever broke, she was soaking wet! shame my poor baby. Could it have been the measle injection she had the week before that caused it or can teething cause such a high temp cause her top teeth came out 2 days later!

Other than that, i was on a jet ski in the middle of the ocean, i swam, we slept, chatted, braaied, drank rum and rasberry (i only tasted cause i dont drink) jesse played in the sand, there was no where else for her to play though. But it was gr8 I would love to go back again! But its good to be back i missed u all! :)

Ag nee, Marijke, dit klink nie lekker nie. Nou wat veroorsaak infertility? Is dit die pille?

Wel, vir ons om 'n baba te maak, sal dit nr. 1 help as my man by die huis is, nr.2 dat ons albei in 'n ander state as comatose van moegheid is en nr. 3 dat ek eers my period kry. (Marilu).

Marilu, hulle het gesê daar is antihistamiene, kodein, koorsmiddel, susmiddel en pynmiddel in. Ek gaan dit eerder nie weer gee nie.

Charlene, ek sal dit maar as 'n noodgeval hou.

Awww thanks Marilu, it's not that I believe it's never going to happen but for it to happen hubby has to go off his pills again and that could mean a difficult relaps with hundreds of pills (at R700 for 30) and injections.

Oh yes, forgot! YAY Kiara for R crawling properly! So sweet :)

Charlene, he has Crohn's disease or Ulcerative colitis - they never found out which one because both are treated the same. But apparently the crohn's is better to have because the Ulcerative colitis is more prone to cancer in the lower intestines. Sorry girls for TMI but basically what he has is constant diarrhea. The last time he had a relaps he lost SO much weight that he looked like a skeleton and couldn't walk anymore because of the joint pain.

Married for 13 years
