I wanted to have B baptised ('doop') but she was such a scared little baby, couldn't for the life of me take her to a church and stand the chance of having her scream - she would have cracked a couple of lead glass windows!

I taught her to put her hand on her head and go 'ai toggie' but somewhere she started putting her hand on her ear so everyone thought she was pretending to be on the phone but today I saw it was the 'ai toggie' move because everytime I say it she smacks her head (not hard) found it so cute

marijke: if you want i can get the eating thingy for you and you can have a look at it and improvise. i know cows milk is a no no!!!

justine: well, ange is on the singulair and he hasnt put bardon on, funnily enough when we did ange's allergy tests it was damn good, she is not allergic to anything, not even dogs and cats, just dust and pollen and its a bit hard keeping that away but yeah he had her on that last year during winter and then we stopped it during her infusions, now started her on desellex again and the singluair, bardon has a milk and suspected egg allergy, but he has no chest now just green snail trail out his nosie.
ange is very chesty, she is a nebulizer girl, but thats cause she has had RSV 3 times, yip 3 times...

Well he was diagnosed in 2002, so yes, its cronic. I was rather scared of having children just in case they get it too but anyway.

Charlene, the doctor didn't give us any eating guide. But different things make it flare up - I know KFC is a problem, but you try telling my hubby to eat better! He's just like his mother, she's a type 2 diabetic and when her sugar is high she just eats a little less chocolate! They eat more chocs than we do! Makes me so mad that you can play with your health like that.

Congratulations Vision with Rebekah crawling. She is going to keep you so busy now that she is mobile.

Charlene, sorry about the kids being sick. If they are on Singulair, it will work wonders. Jaydon has been on it for his asthma and allergies for the last 3 yrs and it really done us wonders. He doesnt struggle to breathe at night anymore like he used to. The only thing with Singulair is, its so damn expensive if you are paying cash. If I may ask, what allergies do your children have? Did you have to make any changes to your lifestyles or environment. We still try make changes to suit Jaydon, but its hard when they are little.

Marilu, did you end up going for the injections? I know when Kyle was sick, they wouldnt give him his shots, they say it can make them worse.

Marijke, sorry to hear about your hubby. Hope it isnt permanent.

Cinds, I really feel lucky to be part of this group. I get so much advise and love seeing the other babies the same age as Kyle. They are all so damn cute. Jesse looks like she is going to be a heartbreaker.

For some good news from my side, Kyle gets baptised on Sunday. Its such a special thing for me. Has anyone else done it yet?
