Morning everyone!

I went to fetch M early at the creche yesterday to take her to the doc, and the teacher told me that they had to clean M's ear the whole time yesterday (fluids leaking out). Got to the doctor, he checked her ears and told me that her ear drum burst!!!! That's why she was crying so bad on Wednesday night! He says the pressure in the ear got real bad (that's why she was crying so bad) and when the earddrum burst, she felt better that's also why she slept so well on Friday night..no more ear pain! Shame My poor baby Sounds like her ears are going to give loads of problems still

Charlene, jammer om te hoor dat Ange so siek is! Het jy toe die dok gebel? Is sy nou ok? Hoop Bardon raak gou gesond. Kan nie glo jy maak skoon en als en dit na so 'n rowwe nag nie! Sterkte!

Bahia, so sorry to hear that Bahia has measles I'm sure everything will be fine, including your new baby! Please let us know what the results of the blood tests are. Mignione was supposed to get her measles injection yesterday but because she's sick and already has a slight fever she couldn't get the injection

Hi ladies,
JOBURG is horrible today, it is so cold, rained the whole morning. had to think of something to do indoors so i went and bought batteries and fixed all old toys, got the boys occupied for a while and then also made spiderman cupcakes.

Moomieland had a rough night? T also got a cold but he slept well.

Afternoon to all the other ladies.

Binks- they usually take bloods at first appointment yes, but gynae didnt take this pregnancy... i guess she just wants to be sure all is well.

Charlene- its been an emotional roller coaster, want nuriya to get better(she is a little grumpy but otherwise not too bad) but more worried about this new baby...trying to be strong! Hope bardon feels better soon.

hi ladies, bahia im so sorry to hear about nuriya getting the measles, oh my golly, you must be so worried and then also about your little incubated one. just be strong and everything will be just fine...

ok, so here on my side: bardon is sick with angeliques cold but its only a runny green nose, no cough.
ange on the other hand is so sick she should be hospitalized, that chest is disgusting and snots are grass green and she is so sick she was up crying the whole not crying im sick, and she coughs and cant breathe properly, im too scared to phone the paed cause i know he will book her in, thats how sick she is!!!

well, from her and bardon being up most night and snotting all over, we got to sleep till 7:45 this morning but i was up till 4:30 am about...
now im doing my usual things like washing etc, and b is sleeping again and ange playig by jolene.

Skitter i cant believe that someone would park their cars like that, i love my car to much to put in the way of denting!
The babe sleeping is such a cute pic i just had to show hubby and have a giggle. The pic of M is just as cute, will have to send A over for some pics you do it so nice.

Lagarbah i remember those hormones, i fought with hubby for 2 weeks before we found out, Shame man how the lo i cat imagine 3 days before her shots what a bummer . I remember they took the blood for measle when i went to him with A, didnt they do it then?? Or is it a every time thing??

Hi ladies...

So had no internet access yesterday... and was super emotional... biting hubby's head off... shame, pregnancy reeks havoc with hormones!

Unfortunately my baby girl contracted measles!!! 3 days before she due for injection!

Called my gynae and had to take blood asap to check for immunity to measles and german measles... she sounded so concerned

will wait till tomorrow for results.
