The steamer is great and if you have a handheld blender that will be very useful as you can then puree to the desired consistency. I started K on rice cereal first at 5.5 months. Then at 6 months ahe started eating her first vegetables. I started with carrots and fed that for 3 days to make sure there were no reactions, then moved on to butternut and also allowed it for 3 days and then pumpkin, sweet potato and at the end of the 6 month I started her on a little bit of broccoli to get her system used to the green veggies.

Lonie, sjoe dis baie goed wat hul opgetel het met A. Laat weet wat die ent se as jy haar more vat. Miskien moet ek vir Z vat dan kan hul vir my se hoekom slaap my kind nie meer so goed soos altyd nie. Ek en hubby het seker 2 maande laas in dieselfde bed saam geslaap, een van ons moet by haar gaan le as sy wakker word en dan raak ons aan die slaap by haar.

Nayeela - that is the problem of going to doctors. Because there is sick children and people all the time. YOu are lucky to have a cousin who is a doctor!!! Hope K gets better soon! That is so not nice when they are sick.

Hi Marijke, Nadia, Sumayad, Deja, and all the rest ifm I fogor to mention you, please forgive me!!!

We went for swimming this morning..... Vrekkit, but it is cold... Not sure if I will be able to do this swim thing during the winter!!! Water is nice and warm, but to get out is the problem!

Regarding the cloths: Luwan is wearing 18-24 months, but the pants is to long, and some it still to big around the middle. I saw the Ackermanns pants fits in the middle, but is also still to long! I just fold it! 12-18 months is to short! He weighs 11.9kg and is 88cm long. Shoe size nr 5.

Going tomorrow to the dr again!!! Can't wait to see the LO - Today the ms is back! Just the feeling, but it is crawling up...! I hate feeling this way!

Nayeela, shame hope its nothing serious! At least your cousin can come and see her after work! Let us know how its going!

So for those who want to know.. This is what the Scio had on Amber..
Amber's got a blockage in her ears (not sure if its both) and possibly the reason why she is not talking all that well yet..If its fluid behind the ears I suppose we are very lucky not to have ear infections..maybe its just a deep wax blockage? But She said we have to take her to the ENT to check her out. So have an appointment for tomorrow so will let you know if the machine was right or not.
She's been having this swollen eyes from time to time, teary drainage when teething or sick, might be that all the junk is draining via the eyes? But ENT must check that out too, cause not normal to still have blocked tearduct problems and she is almost 2.
Also she has a sore throat at the moment and a bit constipated. Machine detoxed her and all came out before her afternoon nap. Other than that no other problems..

Men got to love them.

Nayeela shame poor baby, hope K feels hundreds soon. Im trying home made food this time for Vanya hubby bought me a steamer/puree from Avent but got it to late for Arwen so i wont mind some tips and what not!!!
