Im also struggling to find time, I dont think M will sit in a pram for an hour and watch me exercise....

I started spinning - having so much fun doing it, that also helped to bring down weight but i really struggled to find time

I hear simply slim has a lot of negative effects and they were on carte blance the other day? dont know how true it is though.....

I need to lose 5kg, but i want to controll where I lose it...I only want to lose on my tummy.....and that isnt happening. I think I put on about 25kg during pregnancy.....Im still not a fan of scales, hehe. Talked my doc out of weighing me almost everytime!

did any of you try that simply slim?
