Well my husband is no help either, he can eat whatever he wants and he just stays thin. He works outside and sweats away all his fat and extra salt intake - its not fun because when I try to 'eat healthy' (he doesn't eat anything thats green) he'll come in and make the most awesome snacks. Can't even bet him with the smoking thing because we both smoke :(

They say when you have your 2nd or 3rd you dont eat as much as you use to so i'll have to see if that works, i need to lose another 6kg just to get back to where i was before i was preggies and im trying real hard to follow the eating plan we have but working shift its so hard to get home 19:30 and cook a proper meal.
Hubby said he would lose weight if i stopped smoking havent touched a smoke in 1year 4 months and im still waiting for him. Feel like smoking again just to spite him, but where does that leave me again.

Brenda! I also lost around 10 before I got pregnant. (well the 20 - 10 so I was well on my way to getting to goal weight) but my thinking behind it is - I'd rather lose the weight before the second one just in case it gets more difficult to lose the weight after every pregnancy and hell, I'd like to have a preggy pic or two and not be totally embarrassed. There's already a good reason why you never see me in a pic with B

I really don't know what you girls are worried about with your weight. I'm like 20kg overweight actually obese on the BMI index. But I guess its a lot like our perceptions of what is a difficult baby. For one person its their baby crying for 5min and for me its after an hour. Where for you 5 - 7 kg is too much extra weight. Then again, if I had to worry about it every day then I would still be in bed crying.
