Endometriosis

I was diagnosed with Stage 1 endo in July this year. They can only diagnose it with a Laparoscopic Surgery, my gynaecologist made 3 small incisions, she also checked if my tubes are open. After the surgery you will have some discomfort and pain due to the gas, I mostly had pain in my shoulder and a warm bean bag does wonders!!! You should also take it very easy for about 2 weeks or 4 weeks, no hanging of washing and so forth (just google)

I am glad that I went for the surgery and that I got diagnosed.

How is endometriosis diagnosed? I have been having some symptoms and seeing the gynea in a few weeks. I want to just prepare myself.
