leroux, Some things work for some and not for others so the best person who would know what is best for you will be your doctor. 5 months is a long time, i know some doctors wait for 6 - 12 months before they assist. Has your DH been tested?

It may. I suggest you give it time and I fully agree to stay clear of clomid uncless you really need it later on.

Thanks. I went for a checkup in Feb when AF was also late with BFN's and nothing irregular. AF eventually arrived on her own.

After that I had a normal 28 day cycle with a normal AF.

I actually have this sneaky suspicion that I only have a "normal" cycle once every two months. One that includes ovulation and not just bleeding.

I'm not too fond of the idea of Clomid and the like. (Gynea suggested that with my last visit) as we haven't been TTC for very long (5 months), but I wonder if using a BCP for a while might help shape things up a bit to try again later.

I suggest you have a good check up with your gynae if you haven't for a while and see what he says. Always good to make sure there are no cysts etc, not that they are of great concern.

The injection can cause irregular periods for quite a while.

Hey, me again.

Yep, all of this sounds tooo familiar. I am on CD 36 today, and AF no where to be seen. Took a HPT on CD 29, BFN, and this morning again at the doktors, because I had some sort of allergic reaction over the weekend. Again, BFN. No blood tests yet.

I am thinking of taking some time off of TTC, and going on a very light BCP (if there is something like that) to regulate AF because Nuresterate messed my cycle up pretty bad.

Anyone have some suggestions?
