Jan/Feb 2011 Mommies (Nov & Dec 2010 early babes)

Chris, I'm seeing Heidi Saturday at 08h00! At first I wanted to confirm that baby is really a LB, but since I have completely gotten over that and am now doing it to show my LB to my sister & mom. Also for the video & pics since we never got 3D/4D with my LG.

My sister has never ever seen a scan first hand. In fact, I don't think she has ever been to a gynae and she is turning 30 next year.

We all are SUPER excited!

Lol Kimika, my tummy stretches already and I can see babies movement when I watch my tummy, there probably is still space, not sure how much, hehe. Im just scared that something is happening and I think to myself, "probably cos its 3", so just want to make certain. I did save the emergency number for my gynae in my phone this week as I didn't have it, just the office number.

Carmen, I keep forgetting to say congrats on the all clear from the amnio! Hope you are feeling better today!

Chan, im feeling the same as u about my gynae, he wont be here, well he says he might still be by the time babies decide to come, but im nervous about somone else delivering, especially that its 3.

Asp, r u seeing heidi on the 20th or is that your normal check up? when r u seeing heidi?

Chris, congrats on the anniversary yesterday. Ours was Monday, and it really changes when you have other little people running around. So hope you enjoyed Hubby for one last time ALONE - that will never happen again

Kimika, so looking forward to Heidi's scan. Last pregnancy, we went for 4D at 28 weeks, and there was no fluid to see through. My LG was so huge that she took everything bit of the fluid for herself leaving nothing for us to see through! And my sus is super excited as this is her first scan ever. Hoping we get to see all of baby and more! And I will be having a Coke before hand, as this little guys really seems to react to Coke.

Vix, so glad everything is still great with babies. And I know the silly feeling, had the same thing when we rushed to the ER one Sunday for a bladder infection! But always putting your babies first is the ONLY thing we a mothers can do

Maryke, glad things are looking better. Hoping they stay put for another few weeks.

Chan, have fun with the room. I also want to start, but must first save some money ... LOL. Luckily my father will be buying us another "room in a box" as my LG got one from grandpa.

The rest of the gals, how are you all doing? Still enjoying being pregnant (especially if this is your first!)? There really is nothing like being pregnant for the first time - it really is magical. Not that the second time is any less special, but when you know what to expect, it kind of takes the magic out of it. Luckily just the magic part, but still so special to feel the movement and everything else that comes with that.

Okay, enough said. Enjoy ladies

No reason Vix...not something like this went wrong or that went wrong...all she said was the most common thing is they get strangled in the umbillical cord....So I have no clue what really went wrong....

Vix sorry about the scare but i'm so glad you got piece of mind and everything is perfect with the little ones!

My gynae is exactly the same as yours! I'd never trade him for the world! I'm devastated he's on leave the last 2 weeks in December and i'm 100% positive baby will come during those 2 weeks. The fact that another strange gynae is going to deliver my baby is beyond me and i've been like an ostrich burying my head in the sand trying not to think about it but it's so going to happen like that.

I was even considering having a caeser just before he went on leave and a caeser for me is a NO NO!!!! I'm too damn scared of any operation!!

Vix, Im happy you went to your dr!! Once you get that worried feeling nothing will help until you get confirmation that your precious cargo is fine! So Im 100% with you on going And its so great to hear that your dr is so thorough! But really glad all is doing well with the little guys xxx

Chris, the movement does vary from day to day, and they are at a size where they still have a bit of space to do aerobics. Later on the movements become more like limbs trying to stretch your tummy's skin to the max! As for going into labor.. with me it just felt like really strong menstrual cramps, the ones you get in your back and then they grow stronger from there.. but everyone is different and I think in your case too it would prob be something more in the line of water breaking because of weight. But Im sure carrying the weight of 3 big babies is going to put major pressure on your body and your poor organs so you will feel all kinds of weird and strange things. But like SexyHexy said, you carrying multiples gives you even more right to be super paranoid and rather have anything checked out that worries you! Nobody has ever complained about a preggie woman being over carefull

Vix - so happy the tweenies are ok, scary when you don't feel the movement and you normally do.

I was in a terrible mood yesterday, felt light headed most of the day and tired when I got home which made me short tempered, almost bit dh's head off! Went to bed before 8pm - woke up at about 9:30 and felt human again, apologised to dh - he had felt he could do nothing right - had to tell him it's not him - just me! Felt like such a monster. I hope today is better!
