I would also have liked 2 girls, would like my LG to experience the bond my sister and I have. But nevertheless, I would also like to experience having a LB as I think this might differ a little (alot) from a LG. You are lucky to experience all in one go

My sister puts sonar pictures in her office of my little man, and now a rumor has started at her work that she is pregnant! People are so silly.

About the proud Aunty part, I would love to be a Aunty. Get to do all the fun stuff WITHOUT all the Mommy responsibility.

LOL, Asp, yes, I always said if you have 3 kids, you gotta have a 4th, but now that Im in the position, Im not so sure, who knows, we might have an oopsie then I know it was meant to be, I love big families! We were 3 kids, my mom was 9 and my dad was 5 (he had 3 sisters that passed away). Dh wasn't keen on 3 kids as nowadays its costly, but we laugh about it now, I tel him doing the IVF was the only was I was going to get 3 kids out of him, lol.

Your sister sounds like a darling too, Im so glad that I'm having 2 girls as some girls just need sisters, I mean my brother and I were closer growing up, but now my sister and I are so close, especially with my mom not being around.

iv attached a pic of my sisters lg's, the one on the left is a real mommy (4 next week), we're also close the one on the right is a little monster, but she is so cute! Amazing how their personalities are soooo very different. I could tell you soo many stories. Sorry to put pics of them, my babies aren't here yet to be a proud mom, so im being a proud aunt (hoping the pic attaches)

I dont know, I think a fourth LO might be a good idea

I wanted to have 4 children, but Hubby says that he really can't go any higher than 3 - apparently he can't see four kids in the back of a car, but 3 is fine!

Thing is, I can't do uneven numbers (one of those things you only tell people while using a nickname, otherwise you sound a like the crazy one!)

But I might also stop at 2....for now

Well, we took my MIL with as this might be the last (and only) pregnancy on DH's side, not sure if his sister will have any kids and they are living in canda, so mil wont be able to go for scans there, and I really, really doubt I will be doing this again, even of possibly I really wanted to

Oh, forgot to mention, your niece sounds so damn cute.

I am really lucky to have my sister so very involved as well. She is godmother to both my kids, and she is so great. You really should see the stuff she buys for them - from diapers to toys. And she LOVES playing with my LG. She really is such Mommy-material. Just hoping she'll find a great guy soon to marry and have kids with. She'll be an excellent mother

PS: she is forever in relationships, but never GREAT guys according to my standards

Glad to hear I'm not the only one taking a lot of people. Hubby wanted to come, but I convinced him to sit this one out!

I was thinking the other day, we never took anyone to the scans of my first pregnancy. I guess we are always so excited to see our baby that we never want to share.

Also, I feel a gynae is a bit personal for me, so would feel uncomfortuble with my mom there.

Luckily at Heidi it sounds like a trip to a spa or something

Aah enjoy, my mil also never went and she has come with us to about 3 or 4. When I went to our 3/4D scan, we took my mil, my sister and my (almost) 4 yr niece, it was quite a site and emotional to see, my niece sat there is silence, I think she was so amazed, my sister said she didn't speak much the rest of the day until she saw her dad runnng to him shouting Tia is having a boy and 2 girls, she is going to be such a mommy to my babies, it is so cute.
