Sterretjie- aparently sleeping on your back is not good as you get bigger but otherwise anyway that is comfortable, i must say this time if i even lay on my back for too long i get very breathless and dizzy.

I have heard that the best side to sleep on the left side. But I never really follow it. I sleep on my left, right or back depending on which position is comfortable for me at the time.

I am also glad its Friday. Not feeling too good today, it seems like my flu is back.

I would really appreciate help - obviously as this is my first pregnancy I have been doing a lot of reading and listening to friends etc however I would like to get a bit more info on the following. Is there a safe / unsafe position to sleep? What position is the best?
1) left side only
2) right side only
3) back
4) tummy
I feel Peanut moving a lot doesn't matter if I am sleeping on my left, right or back (I have never been a tummy sleeper). None of the first 3 positions are uncomfortable - just want to be safe

Sorry Vix, Im a bit doff... was so side-tracked with my scan coming up that I forgot to come back and reply to you. I was so excited to see gender today and then little rascal squeezed the cord between legs and kept legs shut like you wont believe! So I booked a gender scan with Maryke on Sat, Im doing all kinds of jumping and rolling just to make sure that cord moves before then Also having a huge chocolate and cuppa before we go.. lol

Anyway, yip Im SAHM.. so let me know when you are ready for some coffee!! We can meet anywhere.. I really dont mind

I also used the pigeon ones.. I tried others too but really they all suck and I kept going back to pigeon. Did you see those new ones on the market.. I cant remember the brand but its all new BF kinda products.. pink packaging. Ill try them too.

Hi Lizzzy!!! Havent seen you for about 10wks! have you told your parents by now? Sorry dr wasnt able to see your babie's gender.. same thing happened to me today. Gynae said at 12wks maybe girl and then today she said the baby has confused her and now she had no idea

just received a sms fro Sexy Hexy
She has been discharged. She could not get hand or foot prints of the babies, they where to small.
Doctor said that it might have happend just after her 12 week scan. She is still in Bloem, and will go home by Sunday or Monday.
Her back is sore from the Epi and because of the birth her AF is back.

Hi ladies, our thread feels so sombre today, have read some posts but never responded, i also fell asleep thinking of SH and woke up with her on my mind, hope she is ok.
