Hi ladies,

Suriya- thanks for the mail! My tummy is also starting to feel sollid now instead of just looking fat LOL I'm sure people look at me and thing 'mmm she's carrying a lot of weight from her last pregnancy' LOL I definately think we're going to look pregnant a lot sooner than the 1st. I look about what I did at 16w, still not clearly pregnant but a chubby belly.

Aspostertjie- I also struggled to cut the coffee out before until MS hit and I actually haven't drank coffe in 2 years now.

Chris- I'm sure everything you guys have gone through just to fall pregnant has nmade your relationship so strong. The reverse psychology works so well at boosting daddy's confidence. My DH was so scared to touch C when he was born incase he broke. One day DH comes running to me 'he smiled at me, I got the first smile' LOL it was only winds at that stage but I just went along with it and ever since he feels his son does everything just for him and now he does everything for me. I always tell him, you're def his favourite LOL

WRT what to eat, ooooo it's different for everyone, I have to be weary of dairy, and this time meat, but just try to eat little and very often, bread with marmite/bovril will be great as it's full of folic acid. I think the key is just to listen to your body, if you have a craving give in to it, they are the way your body tells you what it can handle.

Chan- for a girl we chose last time Lydia Alice because that was DH's mothers name, we had terrible trouble agreeing on Christoper Allan before so if it's another boy we'll struggle again but I have William in my head at the moment.

I really want a girl! I think for a mommy to have 2 girls is fine, but to have 2 boys is lonely. I think deep down we all want at least 1 girl we can pretty and pamper. I was so dissapointed when I heard C was a boy but I had come to terms with it by the birth, this time I will be very very dissapointed if it's a boy because this is my last chance to make a girl!

vix, dh and i r like that, and I always refer to our prgeas ours and we're pregnant, i can see it makes him feel good, but we went through alot together to get where we are alot of emotions that we dealt with together, im am just so happy to have him as my hubby, and father to my child.

dh is convinced we're having a boy, i somewhat also think so, I would like a girl too, but wil be very happy with a healthy baby!

Still feeling very nauseas, dh managed to get vomifene, it helped bugger-all! So I think I must maybe somehow learn to enjoy (ha, yeah, right), but at the same time what foods are best to make me feel better.

hi aspoestertjie, i have a 9yr old boy, 10 month baby girl and i'm almost 9 weeks along with #3... hubbie wouldlove another boy. i'm not too sure. i LUV having a little link one! but having a boy would give me a good excuse to shop! i have one sister and we were 3 yrs apart and always fought when we were younger, so no, i don;t think i would like to replay my childhood! according to dates/ovulation and BD, it is morelikely i'll have a boy - we were busy 1 day before ovulation.

I have a daughter as well, so I would prefer a boy but wouldn't mind another girl either.

I actually had a cookie with my coffee this morning (still trying to cut out the coffee...but failing miserablely in this weather) and felt gross. So I ate yoghurt instead and felt good after that.

Vix, since we have a LG, I am sort of hoping for a boy (we have a name from way back), but also had a girl name pop up last month. So now I am thinking girl, but no symptoms so maybe boy. CONFUSED

I wouldn't mind another girl since I only have a sister and we had so much fun growing up.

Any one else who has preferences for baby boy or girl?

Aspoestertjie - My story is almost the same as yours. I started working here in April 2009, at the end of April I found out I was pregnant. I told my boss immediately because I was so sick. They were very understanding and supported me throughout my pregnancy. I got 4 months paid maternity leave. I started work again in March 2010 and now I am pregnant again.

One of the ladies started work this year and now she is 4 months pregnant. So we made a joke that there is something in the food or water here.

My tummy is still looking bloated but I can feel that is is starting to become hard.
