Jan/Feb 2011 Mommies (Nov & Dec 2010 early babes)

Yvette- it won't be so bad, my boy just turned 19m and I must say he's a real boy now not a baby at all. I have left him some babyisms like his dummy and bottle for now but he is already showing signs of potty training so at least there won't be 2 babies in nappies for too long. Kids these days are so independant! Does your LG go to daycare? That will also help when you have no2. My friend is about to have no2 with a short age gap like you will have but I can see she'll cope perfectly, you'll find a way and in the end you'll be glad they're close in age. Do you have any family o help support you?

I sadly will be alone again. My mum lives 2.5hrs away and there is no way I could have her stay with me, would drive me nuts. Otherwise all my family are in the UK so no support system other than DH who gets to escape to work. But I survived the first time, I'm sure I'll survive again.

hi vix - how are you doing> thanks for the positive things you always say. ashley and the new one will be 17 months apart... i am not prepared just yet for that! somethings in life you cannot prepare for. i am seeing my dr on tuesday morning - to confirm the pregnancy with the heartbeat. i hope everything is ok. feeling nervous for some reason.

JoDon- great to hear from you! Don't stress about 2 babies under 2, Binks and Yvette are both in the same boat. You're all very strong women and I know you'll all be fine.

I have terribble tummy cramps tonight, ouch! I am seeing my peanut at 9.30 tomorrow and I'm really excited just as is Hubby!

Huh??? Could have sworn I posted on here earlier!! Weird!

I'm still alive and well! No syptoms yet! Hopefully I will have no MS. Did not have any with my 1st pregnancy so I'm hoping!!

Tiredness is starting now! And it hits me at the only time I can be on here - evenings! Sux!

Reality has set in!!! Not even a 2 yr gap between my LO's but I'm sure I'll cope!

Going for my 1st scan on the 8th of June! Cant wait!

Where did JoDon go to?

Chan- my appointment is 9.30 because I have to take my boy with and we're likely to have less of a wait early in the day. I don't fancy waiting too long with a toddler at the gynae!

Sterretjie- wow, I'm so pleased you enjoyed your scan! It's so exciting the first time round! I'm even excited for Monday myself and I know what to expect.
