Morning ladies,

Suriya- I would say at this stage your tummy is very bloated. Although you will show a lot faster in subsequent pregnancies at this early stage it can only really be bloating. I'm sure your tummy will go back down a little before forming a boepie. The other thing is it could be swellng, you had a C-sec so your uterus took quite a bashing less than 6 months ago. I must say I'm not even bloated, I look the same as before I fell pregnant but my C-sec was 19m ago so maybe that has something to do with it?

Yvette- I was thinking about you this morning, you went back in Jan, if you can work all the way up to the birth then you'll get your full year in, even if you just save a bit of Annual leave for the end in case it gets tough.

Ika - I have a daugher that is almost 6 months.

Yvette - I know how you feel about the job situation. I just came back to work in March from maternity. I also signed a 2 year contract with them for my paid maternity leave. I really don't know how they are going to react when i tell them that I am pregnant again.

Is any of the 2nd or 3rd time moms showing yet? I already look like I am almost 4 or 5 months, instead of 6 weeks. We decided that after my appointment on saturday we will tell the rest of the family as I don't know how much longer I will be able to hide my tummy.

Sorry but I need to rant abit. My MIL made me so upset. She lives in Benoni and we live in Laudium, Pretoria. When I told her that I am pregnant, she said that well now that I am going to have another baby, I can give Thashreya to her. Really!!! How can she ask me for my child. She had 4 kids of her own and she raised 2 grandchild. Now she wants mine. I told her straight that there is no way I am giving her Thashreya.

Yvette- a big warm welcome to you! I have an 19m old boy and I'm begining to wonder if this pregnancy is too soon but hey, we'll all cope. Binks also has a 9m old baby.

Our group is growing by the day and I just love it!

helloo ladies! so glad i found this thread here... i got another positive today, this time for the third time crazy crazy. my BG is just 9 months old, and my son is 9 yrs old.
i was in a foul mood all week last week and couldn't figure out why. anyway, i began to feel sick this weekend and was convinced it was my turn to get ill, as eberyone else in the house had been sick due to cape town's fantastic weather changes lately.
so, i jokingly said to my DH this morning that if i get 2 lines on that pee stick, i will chop his balls off oh man did he laugh when i sent him the picture from my phone with two positive pee sticks. wow, but i feel gross.
i have no idea how far i am as my period was always messed up. i usually follow Fertility Friend website to keep track of ovulation and period dates, but not now as i was only thinking about possibly trying again at the end of the year. what a surprise this morning was! i assume i am around a month, which means i might be due to january 2011.
i don;t know how i am going to tell my bosses - i just came back from maternity leave in january! i have been contracted to work back 12 months before i can take maternity leave again.
oh well, just wanted to share this with you all - bit ealry to advertise on facebook! anyone recommend a FANTASTIC gynae in cape town? doesn;t matter which hospital. i was with douglas dumbril at vincent palotti. he is just the best. hubbie thinks he is too good looking for me to be seeing him i live in malmesbury and ideally looking for a new dr in durbnaville/louis leipoldt. have a great evening !

Hi every one!

I had a bussy weekend but hubby was so nice on mothersday, took me for luch and I had tea in bed. The tiredness is making me crazy I can handle the naar but the moegheid!!

My oldest's name is Angelique and the lo is Letitia.

My scan is tomorrow at 10:30 so Chan we are on the same time, whoop whoop!
I am so exited!! and nervous at the same time, but believing for the best.

Very welcome to Ika and sterretjie, think we are going to have a wonderfull team. My due date is 1 January, but will confirm that tomorrow,

Hi ladies im doing well tummy settled alittle at least.

Welcome Ika and congratz love the story. My scan date is the 1st june.

I really dont want to eat im so naus all the time i eat little bits at a time and then im done. Is it to much to ask to just skip ms this once.
