A year ago I started the August 2010 thread, and my baby was born on 2 August.

good luck and enjoy this AMAZING journey - makes it so great that you can share it with a group of ladies having the same experiences.

So nice also that 1st trimester starts off in the holidays, so at least most of you will hopefully be on leave, so you can sleep!! Trust me, that's all you want to do the first 3 months

Im just so over the moon, Im so so so excited.

About me ...

We'd been ttc since july 09 which makes it about 15 months. After about a year of nothing happening my regular gynae suggested I see a FS. She then reffered me to Doc Lindeque @ Wilgeheuwel hosp. Did all the tests DH was fine but he found that I had hostile CM. We did 2 combination cycles (clomid & gonal f injections), including douching (sp) without success.

Then 3rd cycle we decided to try iui, to be honest the whole ttc journey was starting to take its toll on me and I wasnt very hopeful. But to my surprise yesterday the hpt tested positive, I was just too scared to be excited and thought it could be the ovidrel shot in my system. But the bloods dont lie - I have to go again tomorrow to check the count. I just feel so blessed and favoured.

Im on progesterone suppositries and ecotrin @ the moment... Im really praying that its a sticky pregnancy.

Im having slight period-pain like cramps, apparently its normal but its making me uncomfortable.

Hapi i already congradulated you, but congrats again!!!

I am abit inbetween. According to my last period my due date is 30July, but yesterday baby measured 5.5 weeks, which is perfect according to when i ovulated so that would rather put me to 2 or 3 August!

This is all so very exciting!

Firstly congrats on your BFP!

I'm joining you on this thread. I got my BFP on Friday and my first scan is booked for 20 December!

Tell me a little about yourself? You say FS - did you guys do treatments?

We finally got our little miracle BFP after 18 months, 3 failed IUI's and then moving onto a new FS I was put on Glucophage and it happened naturally for us this month. So so excited and so happy!

How do you feel currently?
