CandiBez , sorry that you seem to be having such a rough time, i no the dr said that all these gels and stuff have chemicles that are absorbed into your blood stream so best get advise from the dr , would want to cause you anymore discomfort.

AFM: i have been feeling my peanut moving alot and especially when i have something to eat...lol feels brilliant, also this morning i noticed that i have a clear liquid coming out from my (*)(*)... isnt this a bit too soon?

Question: What can I use for inflammation? Ok, I know it's my fault, and i should sit and suffer, but Doc says Volatren is a no no, and so is transact patches...

What about ICEMAN? Can i use that?

it seems that everyone is doing great.

Shooo Laliek, Im so envious- you are so organised. I havent started looking at baby stuff just yet. On monday we went to check out paint colours and we have settled on lavender but thats about it.

Went for my scan on Monday and the little girls are doing great. So big, I cant see both at once anymore. Everything is there, hands legs,brain I could even see their feet with little toes as well
what a feeling.

So far so good.

I am back in the internet world
Have been without internet for 1 1/2 weeks and it finally came back on today.

I am doing great, I am still taking my anti- nausea tablets I have tried to stop them, but that did not work.
Went to gym last night. Will not go tonight, I have a headache and is trying to get rid of it.

My scan is in 4 sleeps - can not wait
Will also go to the baby show after my scan
Maybe I can buy something pink ( I hope)

Candy, good luck for today, I am sure the test results will be great
My niece is downs and my dads cousin is downs and I am 30 and my count was 1:4300.
they check everything, so the best indication is the nose bridge and the neck "velletjie" the space or something must be less than 4 mm.

Candi, wow I am so sorry to hear about your migraine, can not be nice. Good luck at work.

Things have been quiet around here!

CandiB - sorry you are having a hard time at work, it must be very stressful. To be honest there have been so many times where I have wanted to go home early or take a sick day but I am worried about how people will react here, there has not been a preggie around here for so long and they gave her a hard time over a few things so I am a bit worried about getting any special treatment for been preggers. I am sure there won't be, but I just don't want to use it as an excuse too often!
I am taking 1/2 day leave whenever I have a doc appointment also.

Laliek- I am excited about the Baby Expo at Emporers this weekend - I have never been to one before and it will be so cool to have everything under 1 roof - not having to schlep between shopping centres all the time!
We haven't actually bought anything major yet, I have just been getting the odd baby grow and dummy here and there.

Ok so as i am typing I am getting the funniest little feelings in my tummy - it almost tickles. I felt it on my left side, then a rubbed it and it stopped, now I feel it more in the front of my tummy. Is this the baby???? it feels so cool
I thought I felt something last week but I haven't felt it since then so I wasn't sure. I am 16 weeks is it too early to feel something?

Thanks Laliek, that is pretty reassuring news already. No our family dont have a history of downs at all. My concern was more my age, as i am 35 yrs old.
