Pampers vs Huggies

Hi all, I'm new here but have some experience with both Huggies and Pampers. I've found in my experience that it really depends on the child and not so much the nappy. I'm expecting my third child in February and will be using Cuddlers as a preference which I used with my youngest child and never had a problem.

In my opinion I so both huggies and pampers. love pampers more but it is a bit expensive. So I use huggies (the red pack not the gold one) during the day, fewer leaks happen when we are awake and then I use pampers at night. I put nappy on when she goes to bed and only change it the next morning.

believe it or not it saves alot of money. but if your not worried about that stick to pampers they are best

There are moms that swear by huggies and moms that swear by pampers.

I am a pampers fan and have always been. I have used huggies a couple times when pampers were out of stock but always go back to pampers and honeslty we have had about 10 leaks since birth. At least 5 of them were due to mommy error.

I just find that with pampers if you get a leak it means time to move to the bigger size. A looser nappy seems to work better.

I had a similar experience with the Huggies, luckily got it as a gift. No good for Joshua. Have used Pampers since birth hassle-free (his 15months now)

Hey Schatsie, a friend of mine had a baby boy b4 me and she also complained og Huggies saying it leaks since his baby boy would wet and smell of pee, so she changed to Pamapers and i have been using ampers cant complain yet and my boy is 7weeks 5days today.

I'm expecting a little boy in April. I recently bought 2 packs of Huggies nappies, but have heard from 2 of my friends that their sons weed right through the Huggies and they had to change to Pampers.

Has anyone else experienced this with boys?

I would like to get some feedback as to whether I should return the Huggies and get Pampers.
