Possible to have symptoms during 1 & 2 weeks?

Lokos you are probably not pregnant yet. It is your fertile window now so if you have sex now then yes there is a chance that you will fall pregnant but symptoms would only start about 2 weeks later (ie 4 weeks after your first day of bleeding)

Just a quick cycle lesson.

Your cycle begins on day 1 of bleeding. Your cycle is on ave of 28 days. (some ladies less some more) Your body releases 1 (sometimes 2) eggs once a month only and it lives for about 12 hours only. The sperm can live for about 72 hour or 3 days which means that you are fertile for about 4 days each month.

eg take a 28 day cycle and deduct 14 days = 14 days so you would ovulate anywhere from day 23 - 16 so this is your fertile period.

Yes, this is very confusing. I ovulated likely on Sunday and if (when) I get pregnant (or actually already pregnant ), my EDD will be 23 January 2011.

My last period started on 18 April, maybe that can help you with your calculations Lokos.

thats what I am wondering. If you say 1/2 weeks what do you mean. Is it one or two weeks since you found out you were pregnant or do you think you may be pregnant. Sorry if I misunderstood you. When was your last period?

Hi Lokos, How did you work out your edd to be 28 January? sorry to ask but from my calculation you would not even have ovulated yet. When was the 1st day of your last period? around 30 April? otherwise you have calculated your edd incorrectly.
