Lindy, I go for a back and neck massage whenever I feel a headache coming. It works! They make you sit upright on a chair if you can't lie down anymore. They must just not use any harmfull oils. But treat yourself to one!

Lindy, shame, that's terrible. By the way, I used to have hectic migraines with my previous pregnancy. Nothing helped, except for lying in a dark room for ages!
I can imagine how anxious you are to find out.

Liz, I used Chelapreg but got the Mom2B supplements yesterday, so am going to try that. I forget to drink my vits a lot!

Nothing really. I just eat TOO MUCH.

Good, would like to excercise though.

He is not very involved at this stage but very involved with our little girl.
