Thanks ladies, i knew you would be able to help!

My sisters name is Annika (she chatted for a while in the sept group i think) her DH is Patrick and their LB of 4 is Willie.

Deja, due to all the emotions we spoke so quickly this morning, i just want to give her some time to calm down before i phone again and ask all the questions. Im sure her phone is ringing non stop now.

I really dont understand how the doc didnt pick it up earlier, she went for a scan 2 weeks ago and did a 4d at 12 weeks. Then she was fine (apparently).

I will update when they have done the scans and tests.

Grenaat, that is so incredibly sad. What is the cause for this?

Grenaat - oh my heavens ..... what can one say to ease that pain? I can't imagine what they must be going through, and how their world must be falling apart.
