Flying During Pregnancy

I have a cousin who works for an airline as a cabin crew member and will be 26 weeks pregnant by the end of the week. She is not allowed to fly until she gives birth (it's the airline policy) So she stops working this week.

She did fly in her 1st trimester but stopped from 8-12 weeks only because she was too sick (vomitting & all). She then flew again from 13 weeks up to now because her pregnancy is normal and got a doctor's certificate for that.
