help with Gynae in Durban Upper Highway area

This is excellent news thank you, I have met with Dr Naseera Mohamed and am very happy with her (I met her at Westville Hosp) and see she is also at Nu Shifa, so I think the best thing for me would be to go for the tour. Thank you, you have put my mind at rest! I read such horrid reviews so I am hoping those who had bad experiences were just once offs. I also think that Dr Mohamed is an excellent dr and she wouldn't be practising from a hospital she wasn't happy with.. makes sense! Awesome, thank you.

I had my baby at Nu Shifa in January and it was FANTASTIC! The staff are awesome and the its clean and I would recommend it to anyone and it will be my first choice hospital always. My gynea as practices from there. Dr Mahommed. i cannot fault them on anything. You can also have a tour if you want.

Hi, I would like to ask you how your birth experience was at the Nu Shifa Hospital? I am with Dr Naseera Mohamed and she is lovely, but I am afraid of having baby at Nu Shifa as I am only going there due to finances. I was initially going to give birth at Westville, but simply can't afford it. Please would you be so kind as to tell me what you thought of your experience at Nu Shifa?

Hello. I'm with Dr Payne at Westville, he and the hospital are both fantastic. Had my lb with him/there in 2010 and 37 weeks along now with my second.

Also, the last person I know that had a baby at Crompton was my sister in law (2 years ago) and she didnt have anything bad to say so yes perhaps go have a look around and then make your decision.
