question-circle Anyone been to Dr. S. Sulliman @ Femina?

Hi Jayden,

Dont be, as i said each and every person's experience will be different. Maybe it was the fact that the baby was too high and she had to do what's best for the baby at the time and since we didn't have another medical opinion we had to do what was necessary to ensure that the baby wasn't in danger.

Actually right now i'm thankful that my baby was delivered with no complications, granted not the birth i wanted but she's here and she's healthy.

So if you are happy with her, i would say continue with her and just get your own midwife.

Hi Zee,
I feel slightly worried after reading about your experience. I am with Dr Sulliman and hope to have a natural brith as she is known to be pro NVB. I plan to select to have a midwife.
Do you know of any other moms who were really happy with her?

It's a good thing you'll have your own midwife, i didn't and i regretted it at the end.

I was told the baby was getting too big and she was still too high, so i had to be induced because i was so small.

Of course this didn't work, i was in labour for the whole day and when they said a C-section was the best for the baby, we agreed to have it that afternoon.

As i said, sometimes i think that if i had a midwife things would have turned out the way i wanted.

Hi Zee,

Thanks so much!

What were you unhappy about?

We are planning on having a Midwife for the birth so my biggest concern was finding a Doctor that works with midwifes. Which Dr Sulliman does. So that probably wont be an issue. :)

Hi Micky,

Congrats on your pregnancy.

I was with Dr Suliman for most of my pregnancy and i was quite happy except for the birth itself.

But what i've noticed is that everyone has such different expectations and experiences that it's perhaps better to go and check it for yourself.

Just go and see... Good luck

Thanks Antz,

I am planning on using a midwife and just having a OB/Gyn checkup...so her birthing techniques wont be a problem for me. :)

I was planning on going to Dr Swartz at Femina but he is so fully booked we can only get an appointment in Dec. So Sulliman was second option.

Thanks anyway!
