I have hormonal issues and at the time haven't ovulated for months, nor did I have any periods. However one day I noticed that I've been nauseous for 2 mornings in a row, but fine the rest of the day. Didn't think that I could be preggies, but thought it would be the responsible thing to do to rule out pregnancy with a HPT the next morning. Greatest surprise ever! Turns out I was 6.5 weeks already.
