It really shows how traumatised the lot are from PF - we are all sort of fumbling around hoping that everything will go back to normal.

We really need some trauma counselling ... shame guys.

ChanM, when you post a reply, there is a box at the bottom that you can check. It says "check this box to have yourself notified about replies to this topic". Just untick it.

Also, you can go to "my details" (at the top of the page), go to "forum" and then just say "unsubscribe all".
