Lisha it must be the wipes, me and nanny uses the face cloth to wipe him. I go and warm it by the time i get to the room it is just the right temp for his bum. Just have to wash the face cloth afterward but that's ok. I couldn't stand the screaming, tried the wipe on myself and yes to cold.

afm slept little better stuffy nose only started at 4 but still layed in with xen - poor brett on other hand lea startd at 4.17 today and seems like before 5 is now the norm again so brett now drops her at 7 so he can get enough work done - shame i feel for him but what can i do xen feeds between 4-5 so i cant go to lea plus cant lift her out of cot yet and she is so clingy again cant risk all that handling just yet

Vix, E did that with hubby one evening. They went to the shops and when they came back he didn't want to get out. He put the car in the garage locked it and hide behind the car. E started screaming because it was pitch dark. After that he never tried it again.

Shame Simone that must have frightening. Did you have any veggies left to eat?

Yoza I will see about that visit. My sense of direction is not very good. Normally hubby escorts me around - according to him I'm just lazy to drive... I don't want to go to the aquarium, promised my brothers kids that I will take them. Never got around to doing that and now they are with us anymore

AFM. We had a good night. E just wanted to drink more than the previous nights, but otherwise not to bad. Had a good laugh at him this morning - when he wanted to get out of bed he showed us his feet, meaning we had to put on his slippers so that he can get out of bed. He is now making a sound with his tongue - like the african woman always makes just more hollow. Yoza what do you call it?

Soccer didn't go as we all wished but at least we won.

Morning mommies,

Bafana Bafana were so so close, if only it wasn't for the off side goal to think they were so so close to going through to the next round. The second round was always a possibility but realistically further than that was an impossible dream. Still South Africa can be very proud they thrashed the world no7 team and went out 3rd in their group not last!!!!

Now it's just to see if my home team play as pants as previously and also go out in the first round. I must say, I'm not too confident!!

Ally- so you're going to Nelria's tomorrow then? What time did you decide on going over? I most likely won't make it before 9, it takes me about 30min.

Simone- C will never settle for the passanger side! He has to 'drive'. On sunday he sat 'driving' and turned my lights on, I had no idea because it doesn't beep and I woke monday morning to a flat battery, DH had to jump start me before he left for work.

I just had Branflakes with Banana and now I feel nauseaus, I can't take milk when I'm pregnant, well just a tot in my tea but otherwise it makes me sick.

I have been allowing C a bottle if he wakes in the night, just til he settled in the new bed and forgot about the cot. I have decided it's now time to stop that so he can start sleeping through again. He's only getting up once a night but it's once too many for me! Last night I laid with him at 4am and he was throwing a huge tantrum kicking me, so I got up and he went quiet. Evidently he doesn't want me laying with him anymore LOL

I am still feeling a little bit disappointed about Bafana ... just wanted them to go to the next round and not be the first host nation not to make it past the first round On the upside, they exited in a very high note by beating recent world champs
Still holding hope that my favourites win it ... not holding much hope for England or Italy anymore they have been so disappointing thus far and I do hope Spain plays a bit better in their next match!!!

Our night was much like the night before ... he woke up a couple times for boob I thought maybe the tea was causing it cos I'm giving him a different one but I skipped it last night and it didn't make much of a difference. Tonight I may try warm Milo and hope that helps him settle a bit better ...

We had fried chicken and mash last night and Shrey had noodles. Was just my sister & I so we didn't want to do anything hectic.

Nicole glad you had a better night. Hope he starts to improve from there.

I am also proud of BF BF although we never got to go through, we still beat the French and they played a really good game.

Well Keiran slept alot better last night, only woke up twice, once was a nightmare i think because he was pointing and looking scared and the second time he couldnt find his dummy.
