Last night Shrey refused the lamb stew my mom made - only had a couple pieces of carrot But bring out plain white rice and this child is 'yummy rice' lol. Eventually he had some potato from the chicken curry mixed with it. Thinking maybe he wants a bit more spice now, will see.

Christi I also hated when AF came back And boy is it worse than pre-pregnancy now ...

Zee congrats on passing the exam.

Zee we all arrive at a point in our lives when we need something more. It's not easy though. Start with small things. One night to yourself to do whatever. Its really important. I think when we become mom's we loose our identities. congrats on the exam.

Hope you all had good nights. Dylan was coughing so put him in our bed ( a bit of a habit) but he likes to sleep sideways.

Thank you for all the messages, I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling like this. I guess yes, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by everything that we HAVE to do and that we never have the time (or money) to do the things we WANT to do …

I have to think about ways to get more “woema”! I think you guys are right though, it is probably a combination of my 30th coming up and the job I didn’t get. I’ve been here maybe for too long, I’m on the look-out for something new now. I love workign here and my colleagues are more like friends than anythign else - we laugh all day but still I need some change. And then probably also concern about Dh’s job, the commission thing is not working at all for us now and the pay is terrible.

Simone, hope things improve on your side soon and that you get the job!

Oh shame Vix, I know what you mean. Luckily my c-sec went without a hitch. I just got nauseas but they just gave me extra oxygen and I was fine. C did get a bit pale when the dr joked that the third one was on it's way! lol

Christi, shame man! Hectic that you have to run the office by yourself. Lucky bastards going away for so long! lol

Sorry if its TMI, but AF showed up over the weekend for the 1st time since Iris was born. Grrr, was enjoying not having to worry about that every month

Yes I am enjoying my job a lot but we will be very busy until at least next week. We are supplying the Ironmongery for the new Upington Hospital and need to start deliveries from next week. So I had to place orders, receive stock etc the past week and then tomorrow invoicing starts... I also gotta learn all the ins & outs of the business by this week as the boss & his wife is going overseas for 5 weeks and I will be left all on my own to run the office!

Simone, I'm sure you did well in the tests!

Zee, the house is still a huge mess, but you're welcome to come visit over the weekend? Just call/sms me, sorry I haven't contacted you again but my phone is in for repairs so once again I don't have your number!!

Wow I don't know where this cold came from! Seems taking Addy to the beach on sunday...and her walking on sand...was enough to cause a storm!lol

Vix I think u are on to something....then direction and ambition... My job has been a dead end for months....i come to work to sit on the net every single day.... There is no purpose for me even to go to work (ok I know I should enjoy it while it lasts)....so I'm definitely experiencing something along the lines of what u are talking about.

We had chicken chow mein and sweet and sour chicken....its was divine! The crunchy Veggies in the mein was so good....Addison of course looked at it in disgust when I put a green bean in her mouth! She ate 2 balls of deep fried (of course) sweet and sour chicken though and the noodles of the mein.

Flip- someone should ban the use of Vuvuzella's outside of football stadiums or at least in residential areas, I wanna go stuff a vuvuzella up this person's ass if they don't shut the **** up!

DH had pizza for dinner and I had pancakes mmmm with maple syrup and cinamon sugar!

Oh ja, I know every mom thinks her baby is the cutest ever but I definately don't remember C looking as cute as Xen! He's got a perfect newborn look. C had red marks all over his face!

Simone- I really hope you get the job at coca cola and succeed quickly, you deserve a break in life!

Zee- don't feel bad about having a pity day, I can see exactly where you're coming from. Before I fell pregnant my life was really going well and the only way was up. So many people would love to have a happy little family like I have but that doesn't mean I must loose ambition, we all need to have ambition be it career family home or even just hobbies, if you're not working towards something, anything then what is the point in going on? You've just hit a point where you need to re discover your ambition. Maybe it was the dissapointment from not getting the promotion that has you feeling in a rut. Have you considered moving to a different company? Sometimes a change of scenery can make a huge difference. I know you don't have a lot of spare time but what about a new hobby, writing or art, interior design?

Ally- I don't think it was the gore of the C-sec that bothered Elwyn, he found it very difficult to see his wife laying helpless on the slab. Especially when my body went into shock, I could see in his eyes he thought he might loose me, shame men can be so sensitive sometimes.

I have tummy cramps, I think I'm gonna go lay in bed with a bowl of choc ice cream. I really have a 'nice' cravings day today.
