It is normal for most toddlers to become picky with food. Their taste buds change and they realise they have options. I am not going to stress. For now Dylan eats potatoes and veg. He loves fish and chicken too.

Simone the retrenchment may very well be a life changeing event for you. xxx

I covered dylan last night and he said thank you all dozy dazy. He is so sweet at the moment.

I am still a pampers fan. I only buy jumbo and there is a new one which states 12 hours which seem better than the old ones. I use dry comfort for daycare and they are fine, but I just like pampers.

Ally well done on the weight loss too. xxx

Mom of Dylan and Partner to Joerg. We live in the Beautiful Pringle Bay which is along the Whale coast, Cape.

I am the only one that never uses the emoticons???? lol. Lisha even u use them now!!! Man i need to get with the times!

Yes i know u are right. I think at my previous firm...my boss was an a$$hole most days...but he had respect for my experience and knowledge...maybe i am not cut out for the big firms. But Vannah and Gerard are positive we are drinking free coke one of these days...lol...so from their lips to Coke's HR person's ears I hope!!!

Well done on 100 pages CHATTERBOXES :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Lelani & Ally well done on the weight loss ... wow you ladies are great B)

Simone sweetie I really am wishing you out of that place soon ..... shows how a company can use a person. But you know what these CA firms are ruthless, all they care about is the bottom line

Once we started Huggies Gold we will never look back. We have the odd leak but that's when dh doesn't put it on properly due to the wriggle worm we have lol.

Ally you know I have zilch creativity but will let u know if I think of something.

Re food Simone Shrey is as picky as Addy now  not sure where that came from. He may be bored of the usual stuff or it could be the teeth and this week I'm just wondering if maybe de-worming may help. As long as he eats the dreadful fish fingers and fried chips or rice I'll be happy that the tummy isn't empty at night.

Hmm Ally how about anything food related. Something i am ALWAYS googling..is whether whatever it is i cooked or bought it freezable. Like herbs, pesto...heck even cream cheese frosting. So maybe lists of 10 top dishes to freeze....and what NOT to freeze.

Send me the link for the herb uses...i always end up wasting herbs...again which are good to be frozen and HOW???

Ally...maybe something along the lines of that Julia Seinfeld?? How to hide veggies in food...

Ok now I am all out! lol.

Nicole Addison also eats the veg in food...not a problem...but i cant give her like the green bean last night..she picks it out of the noodles. It must be something i can mash in and she is unable to seperate.

Yesterday i gave her a peanut butter sandwich...she opens it and proceeds to PICK THE PEANUT BUTTER off in clumps with her fingers, abandoning the bread!

Lelani...thanks for the links. Will definately check the food stuff out.

On Tuesday night i showed Addison the words Up and Down in a book...we did it twice and she went to bed. So this morning she brings me the book and i open it...and i point to the word 'UP' and she goes..UP...i point to the word 'Down' and she said down! I was quite shocked. There is no way she knows the word cause we havent done the alphabet yet...so she obviously has a bloody good memory or photographic memory??? Because really...i show her something once...and she remembers...she even knows whats coming on the next page in some of her books.

Nappies...I am a bit annoyed with Huggies Gold...the tabs are always broken in my packs. Sometimes only 2...sometimes up to 10! ITS VERY ANNOYING! I am going to try dry comfort for day time use though.

Lelani...i am being lazy with studies....i promise i am pulling up my socks soon before its too late! it is a crap load of money and i must still pay in R9000!

I also only use Dry Comfort now. I can't believe that a cheaper nappy than Pampers can be sooo much better! We had so many issues with Pampers and we've had NO issues with Dry comfort.
Although, the twins are on size 5's now and there is no bigger size so I'm abit worried!
