Julz I don't know much about hypnobirthing but will definitely do research before I have my next one. Sounds like it really could make a purely natural birth much easier.

My friends baby was born at 5:40pm yesterday. Beautiful baby girl weighing in at 2.75kg's. My friend tore very badly though and she's terribly eina this morning She didn't want them to cut her and assumed that tearing would be better but she says she regrets that now.

Shrey is doing his version of that furniture thing Addy is doing, he puts legs on sofa and hands on floor and body is suspended in the air ... but he only does that nonsense at my moms.

Ally the menu sounds great. You're doing rice so why not just do either roti or naan? Could save some money by just doing of of the 2 ...

We had a big tantrum this morning cos Shrey wanted his smart trike and I just didn't have the time for that. DH eventually had enough of the noise and just gave it to him and he sat on it for all of 2 mins and then wanted out.
Had a tantrum after a long time so not too stressed about it...

Hey Nel.. happy last day

you know, I REALLY wanted natural and I too had to have a caesarian at the last minute, but for me, they booked me in, to induce, and decided against it as cameron was in distress, they rushed me in for a caesarian, but i was awake and because it was what was best for cam, it was meant to be.. It turned out that I was so pleased with the caesarian, that I have recommended it to people.. I had an epidural with it and I would recommend that route too! HONESTLY, it was a pin prick in my arm - not terribly bad ( for the drip) and then a funny sensation as they put the needle through my spine but i was wide awake and acctually enjoyed the birth! They took cam out and i watched all the time with tears running down my cheeks! I was walking around the next day! SORRY YOU COULDNT HAVE NATURAL.. I know your heart is sore!!

Vix - what is it about drains! I cant keep cam away and he sits there trying to put his hands and feet in saying dirty dirty dirty!!

We went to our italian friends last night. Dylan was so good and played nicely ,didn't touch anything and said thank you. They have really naughty (but sweet) kids so I guess any kid would seem like an angel.

We are going to a work thing tonight. A show etc so Dylan is staying at daycare. Adult night out.
