Ally- I hope he stops chewing holes or gives it up LOL these kids! It's awful too because if he won't sleep without his dummy then you suffer that way, rather your pocket than your sleep! LOL

Vix, Aidan always used to suck Avent and Abi was a Nuk baby. He has the size 3 dummies (both of them) and he bit his avent ones and the Nuk ones. I bought cheap Chicco ones now coz the cherry ones at Babycity were too small. They don't have their dummies at all now during the day, and they will get the cheapy ones for nap times. They are fine without them during the day though and I've noticed that they don't even sleep with them that much, They just need the sucking to fall asleep, so hopefully soon they'll be off them completely.

oh forgot to tell you about the car - although i am over it.. was on the way to cams school and stopped to fill up with petrol and the car wouldnt start, so had to get a friend to fetch us and put the carseat in her car and take cam to school and came back to the car. thought it was the same problem as last time which was an error with a part that connects the starter mechanisms to the computer of the car so never even tried to jump start it.. got it towed to renaut and actually burst into tears when i saw the manager who tends to the car as i was stressed about having spent R4600 already in the last 5 weeks for towing, fixing and changing flippen tyres and so i suddently had two mechanics and the manager rushing to make me feel better, tending to my car immediately and realising ( much to my embarressment) that it was just the battery! The tears worked wonders withing 45 minutes I had the new battery fitted and R250 off the price - they didnt charge me for labour just coz of the tears!~

Simone are you far from Greenacres/ Collegiate? There is a baking shop there, its a little shop accross from collegiate school actually, I used to live around the corner during high school. I can get my sister to give me the name if you want..

Vix, that dancing sounds scarey but if you let yourself go there it can be so very very liberating and oh so relaxing! I am not one into touching anyone else but if you ever get the chance it can be devine - especially when it challenges the mind to be able to let go!

We went to baby city this am and bought the toilet inlay and it comes with stairs so will see how it works tonight, although i am not in a rush to get him trained!

so i was planning a small baby shower for one of our top tots friends and the flippen pregnant fairy also cancelled on me!!! so we have to wait til next week... JUST LIKE NEL!! GRR
