hello hello ladies

Awwwwwwwww nicole thanks for worrying I am fine though just starting to socialise again and get organised so lee time online and from next week brett is home so might even get less - but u lot will know when its go-time as I will sms(probably post too LOL)vix even if its at night - so vix u are prewarned LOL

ok so saw gynae today - xen is picking up weight slowly she says he is still small but thats is most probably just how he has been growing since start he is now weighing 2.8 so same as lea at 37 wks

bad news is the umbilical is around his neck :( :( :( so she is bit concerned and says at 1st signs of labour to haul ass to hospital and let nurses know - natural is still possible bit more tricky though and might end in c-sec so bit sad but not loosing faith yet

my mum says 3 of her babies had cord around neck and all 3 got oxygen and was fine straight after

Allly - keep forgetting to tell u re bitten dummies - lea also brakes one a day now (mine only cost R3 so not massive problem) but anyway creasch teacher says this is great time to wean of dummy as u dont replace u just keep offering broken one then they will learn to not need one --(afm cant be asked this far into nr 2 so will keep replacing till I am sure I can cope with moods though)

Thanks a lot ladies

I hear there is a N1H1 vaccine In KZN for kids age 0-5yrs. Do we have it hear. Imanna missed her measeals campain vaccine cause when I went to clinic for 18 months shot they give her measeasls so they could not give the one for the campaign the same time.

Do you think its necessary for her to have the flu vaccine I am scared because of the World Cup.....

Nicole, I add loads of veg into bolognese (I add courgettes, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, green beans, anything really) and last night I made chicken pie and the filling was packed with veg. Mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, green beans. Anything stew like (which the twins love) I always pack with veg. And then they like snacking on baby tomatoes, sugar snap peas, they love regular steamed peas etc. But they won't eat broccoli or spinach just like that.

Hi ladies.

Just came back from shopping. We got them a golf set, a ball, some playdo, crayons, balloons (aidan LOVES balloons), some of those small plastic animals (abi wouldn't let go) and 2 of those little bike things. Don't know if you guys will know what I'm talking about, it's basically a stick with a wheel at the bottome and a little stearing wheel that they push. That is their favourite now. Walking around going "vrooom" lol.

I got 2 packs of jumbo nappies and 4 packs of wipes and everything came to R620. Not bad I don't think.

Zamzie I ate anything and everything when I was pregnant. I just steered clear of sushi with raw fish but still ate smoked salmon and biltong etc. I even ate blue cheese.

Zamzie I use to eat Biltong and Dry Wors like crazy when i was preggies. Df use to buy me a huge packet of biltong and like 6 long pieces of dry worse and use to eat within 2 days....

Simone thanks for the idea re:bolognaise. Think I must also buy some sweet potatoe to cook and give to K for some variety. I must also try peas again. He use to hate them so gave up, but will try again this weekend.

Keiran also loves mushrooms, green pepper, sauted onion etc. but geez fresh veg?its difficult. But going to make an extra attempt to make some yummy meals for him this weekend.
